Villa Lemi is a modern one-storey villa located in Kanfanar among the green hills of central Istria. This charming villa offers accommodation for up to 6 persons in 3 comfortable bedrooms.

When entering the villa the small hallway brings you to the spacious area where the living and dining room connects with the fully equipped kitchen. From here you can enter the covered terrace located across the outdoor summer kitchenette, perfect to prepare your delicious grilled meals directly next to the inviting pool. Three bedrooms with double beds are decorated with a lot of care. While two of the bedrooms dispose of air conditioners, one also has its private en suite bathroom. The location of the villa is good for sightseeing in other nearby cities or for exploring the exciting Istrian hinterland full of untouched nature, domestic products, and opportunities to visit wine paths or spend your holidays actively by cycling or hiking. The villa is located in the small village Kanfanar, in the hinterland of Istria. In the area of Kanfanar, you will find one of the most important monuments in Istria - the medieval city of Dvigrad. On the one side, you are surrounded by hills and green meadows, while on the other side the beautiful Adriatic Sea is only a short drive away (19 km near Rovinj). Try the Istrian specialities, as well as truffles, fuži (traditional Istrian noodles), ham and fish specialities as well as the famous glass of Istrian Malvasia. The town of Rovinj, a former fishing village known for its beauty, is easily accessible from the villa if you are travelling by car. Rovinj is often described as one of the most romantic Croatian cities, because of its narrow streets, the warm atmosphere and the beautiful sunsets, where you can enjoy from the coast. In the surroundings of Rovinj, you will find numerous hiking and cycling trails, where you can practice water sports and sunbathe on the beautiful beaches.

Einfach ein toller erholsamer Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Villa - die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht und unglaublich nett - wir waren zwar nur zu zweit, aber auch wenn man mit Freunden kommt, fühlt man sich einfach wohl. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese super Woche. Wir haben sehr viele Ausflüge gemacht und lernten so auch das Hinterland besser kennen - zum Meer ist es aber auch nur ein Katzensprung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub hier, es war alles perfekt. Durch Andrea, der für den check in und check out zuständig ist, waren wir den gesamten Aufenthalt bestens Versorgt, er hat sich um alles gekümmert und wir konnten es in vollen Zügen genießen und entspannen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und absolut sauber, es ist alles da was man braucht und kleine Details zeigen das es mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Wir können es absolut weiter empfehlen. Allerdings braucht man tatsächlich ein Auto da es etwas außerhalb ist, dafür aber eine super ruhige Lage. In kurzer Entfernung ein kleiner Supermarkt, wo man fast alles bekommt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir verbrachten hier mit 2 Familien einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub. Der Empfang von Andrea und seiner Familie war sehr herzlich inkl. Begrüßungsgeschenk. Die ganze Zeit über bekamen wir alle nützlichen Tipps von Andrea über whatsapp sofort. (schönsten Strände, Restaurants usw) Das Haus ist ein Traum. Genügend Platz für alle im Haus und vor allem mit der großen Terrasse und dem großen Stellplatz perfekt. Das Highlight war natürlich der Pool und die Außenbar. Die Gegend sehr ruhig. (außer Schafe keine Nachbarn ;)) Auto natürlich ein Muss. Bei der Einrichtung fehlte es an nichts. Der kleine Supermarkt im Ort ist vollkommend ausreichend mit einem sehr guten Metzger. Zum Strand nach Rovinij ca. 25 min. Da wir jeden Tag an anderen Stränden waren, war das io für uns. Auch mit dem abendlichen Checkout (aufgrund sehr früher Abreise) kam man uns sofort entgegen. D.h. wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße

Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus war noch sehr neu, deshalb natürlich auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und vor allem auch der Küche ist top. Man findet dort alles, was man brauchen könnte. (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Tischgrill, Staubsauger, Bügeltisch und Bügeleisen, Gasgrill im Außenbereich...) Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe. Einziges Manko: Es sind zwar 3 Klimageräte vorhanden, die auch prima funktionieren, allerdings sind diese verteilt auch 2 Schlafräume und den Wohnbereich. Das heißt: 1 Schlafraum (der Größte mit Zustellbett) ist ohne Klimaanlage. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch den "Check in Guy" und auch durch die Hausbesitzerin war prima. Es gab sogar Begrüßungsgeschenke.
