In the southwestern part of Istria, about 15 minutes drive from Rovinj, is a small village Sošići, within the town of Kanfanar. You will find the peace that is characteristic of small settlements in the hinterland of Istria, but at the same time, you don’t sacrifice anything because it breathes alive for 365 days a year.
In the immediate vicinity is the cultural monument of the zero categories and the most visited attraction of the area - the medieval town of Dvigrad, dominated by the remains of the Romanesque basilica.
The municipality of Kanfanar is an interesting destination for all lovers of nature, historical heritage, Istrian tradition and culture, gastronomic pleasures and for active holidays as well, since you have cycling trails, climbing rocks and a handful of sports fields.
Nearby is a protected nature reserve - Lim Bay, where you can taste fish and shellfish from their own breeding. The canal itself is 12 kilometres long and steep hills rise on both sides, up to 200 meters high in some places. Due to many submarine springs, the sea here is of low salinity and extremely rich in plankton.

Eine ganz tolle, wunderschöne Villa, die keine Wünschen offen lässt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, Anfragen werden prompt beantwortet. Viel Bewegungsraum für Kinder (Sportplatz gleich daneben), Märkte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Autonähe - ein kleines stilles und zurückgezogenes Paradies - definitiv ...
The villa is very comfortable, perfectly and fully equipped. very close to Rovinji and large grocery stores. the owners are wonderful, very helpful and open-minded people. they personally take care of every detail. the villa is very modern, beautifully furnished. the outdoor kitchen with grill is the perfect place to spend evenings with friends. A place like this villa is a rarity. I recommend it with all my heart! If I could I would give 100/100 points

Das Haus ist wirklich so wunderschön wie auf den Fotos. Die Ausstattung ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Für die Kinder ist der Spielraum im Haus eine wunderbare Idee. Der Pool wurde jeden 2. Tag mit sorgfalt gereinigt. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und bietet viel Platz. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.Sie sprechen auch deutsch. Ich kann das Haus wirklich weiterempfehlen. In der Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann.

Velika lijepo uređena okućnica sa bazenom pristojne veličine, vanjska kuhinja i prostor oko bazena popločen kamenom, ljuljačke , trampolin i veliki travnjak.. Lijepa natkrivena vanjska kuhinja sa roštiljem, krušnom peći, plinskim kuhalom, malim frižiderom, te velikim stolom za osmero ljudi. Savršeno za druženje čak i pri velikim vrućinama.
Kuća predivno uređena. Prizemlje sa kuhinjom, blagavaonicom i dnevnom sobom otvoreno i prostrano. Pet spavaćih soba svaka sa zasebnom kupaonicom, super udobne i lijepo uređene. Dodatna soba sa dječjom igraonicom i kutom za izležavanje, savršeno za druženje djece ili teenagera.
