Restored stone villa with pool near Rovinj

Villa Spirit of Istria is a beautifully restored centuries-old stone house that retained many original and traditional details. This interestingly decorated villa is located near the town of Rovinj and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a beautiful and bright kitchen with a dining area and a living room with direct access to the pool. If you go upstairs you will come to the first floor where you can enjoy a beautiful double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This villa also offers you a studio apartment in the garden with an additional room with two single beds and a separate toilet and shower. In the garden, you can enjoy your time by relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi or using the beautiful summer kitchen that has everything you need - for instance a fireplace, a big refrigerator with a freezer and a marvellous outdoor dining area. On hot summer days, you can freshen up by swimming in the pool or making a barbecue for the whole family. If you want to create beautiful family moments, you are definitely in the right place at Villa Spirit of Istria.

This beautifully renovated villa is located in the small village of Kurili near Rovinj. This ideal environment is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The villa is just 12km away from the beautiful town of Rovinj, the best tourist destination and the most romantic city in Croatia.

Wir waren insgesamt 2 Familien mit 2 Kleinkindern und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Eine der schönsten Ferienunterkünfte, die wir bis jetzt bewohnen durften. Betten sind auch super gemütlich und der Whirlpool war für die Kinder der Hit :)

Der Name der Villa trifft den Nagel genau auf den Kopf, Man fühlt wirklich den Spirit von Istrien darin. Sehr sauber. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Energie von den Eigentümern Tatjana und Oriano restauriert worden. Die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Die Lage ist richtig toll! Ein Katzensprung von Rovinj entfernt. Weingüter und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in der Villa. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Nochmals vielen Dank
