If you are looking for a two bedroom villa in Šibenik that is close to the sea and has a private pool, Villa ForRest is the right one for you. The villa is surrounded by greenery, which gives an additional Dalmatian atmosphere, and is located on a plot of 800 square meters.

The villa itself has 55 square meters and can accommodate up to five people. All rooms are on the ground floor. In addition to two double bedrooms, both with Smart TV and Netflix account available to guests, the villa has a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area from which you have direct access to the terrace and the pool. There are sun loungers around the pool where you can relax while sunbathing with a cold drink in hand and when it gets too hot you can jump into the pool and cool off. In the courtyard there is a barbecue and a covered outdoor dining area for six people. There you can enjoy a family meal as the sun slowly sets over the area. There is also a children's playground for the little ones and table tennis for added family fun. If you want to spend a day at the beach, the beautiful Solaris Beach is close by. Etwas abseits vom Trubel in Sibenik bietet das Haus alle Voraussetzungen zum entspannen in ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung und der Zustand ist sehr gut (2 Erw, und 2 Kinder). Der Pool ist grandios und die Tischtennisplatte lädt an lauen Abenden zum spielen ein. Wir konnten durch die optimale Lage zwischen Zadar und Split, vielen tollen Freizeitaktivitäten nachgehen. Die Hauseigentümerin war uns auch via Whats-App stets für Fragen unmittelbar erreichbar. Wir würden nach unserem zweiten Kroatien-Urlaub dieses Haus auch ein zweites mal buchen. (Aufenthalt: Juli/August 2 Wo.)

Sehr schön gelegenes ruhiges Haus in leichter Hanglage und schöner Aussicht an einem angrenzenden Pinienwald. In Verbindung mit dem Pool ergibt sich eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre, so dass man sich schon aufraffen muss, um Aktivitäten außerhalb zu unternehmen. Zu Abend haben wir die schönen umliegenden Lokalitäten genutzt, die in ca. 10 Autominuten entweder in der Nähe des Solaris Ressorts oder in der Stadt Sibenik erreichbar sind. Das nahe gelegene Solaris Ressort bietet auch alle Möglichkeiten eines schönen Strandaufenthaltes bei herrlichem glasklaren Meer. Die schönen Fotos des Hauses entsprechen auch so der Realität. Organisation und Kommunikation war top. Danke und Kompliment dafür an alle Beteiligten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus im höchsten Maße empfehlen.

Wir waren in der ersten Augustwoche in dem Haus und können nur schwärmen! Das Haus ist neu, sehr gepflegt und sehr sehr sauber. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt! Die Dame die den Check in und check out mit uns gemacht hat, war sehr unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr versteckt, wir sind 2 mal im Kreis gefahren, bis wir das Haus gefunden haben. Aber wenn man das einmal weiß, ist es kein Problem. Das Haus ist eingezäunt und bietet ein Gefühl von Sicherheit. Der Pool hat die perfekte Grösse und klares Wasser! Der Grill ist sauber und mein Mann war zufrieden. Leider waren die Netflix/prime Programme auf Kroatisch/englisch. Wir haben das auch nicht umgestellt bekommen, aber mein Sohn nutze dann ab und an das Ipad und es war somit kein Problem. Wir kommen immer wieder gern und würden das Haus auf jeden Fall und bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!!!!!

Wer ruhige Ferien verbringen möchte abseits der Hochsaison-Touristenmassen ist hier genau richtig! Das Haus ist relativ neu, sauber und ganz gut ausgestattet (in der Küche fehlte uns nur eine Käsereibe und ein Abtropfsieb, aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten). Der Pool ist fantastisch! Šibenik ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen und nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt, es gibt zahlreiche gute Restaurants! Auch die Strände sind mit Auto schnell zu erreichen, sind aber in der Hochsaison total überfüllt, Abstand halten funktioniert da nicht. Um so besser, dass man eine tolle Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus verbringen kann und den Pool für sich allein hat :-) Check In/Out vollkommen unkompliziert, wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wir,als 4 Köpfige Familie aus Österreich haben die wunderschöne Villa Forest gebucht.Das Haus,der Pool einfach alles hat unseren erwartungen übertroffen.Das Haus ist sehr Sauber sowie der Pool ebenfalls.Die Küche und das Bedezimmer ist auf dem neuesten Stand und die Klimaanlage kühlt alle Zimmern sowie Wohnzimmer und Küche ab.Eine sehr schlne Ruhige Lage um richtig zu Entspannen.Es ist auch ein Grill vorhanden sowie eine kleine Spielecke für die ganz kleinen.Hinter dem Haus befindet sich auch ein Tischtennis für die großen :-) Centrum für Spaziergänge am Abend ist ebenfalls sehr nah,keine 5Min mit dem Auto entfernt,sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäckerein.In allem kurz gesagt: Es war alles perfekt,wir füllten uns wie daheim.Nur Emfehlenswert!Danke
