The stylish villa Dolcea is a four bedroom villa located in the charming village Kastel about 8 km from the sea. The villa is perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy in a peaceful atmosphere and idyllic nature.

Can you just imagine relaxing on the comfortable sun loungers by the private pool? The ground floor consists of a modernly decorated living room, two cosy double bedrooms and a fully equipped, spacious kitchen and dinning room, both full of light. On the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms. Expect by the pool, you can soak up the istrian sun on the lovely terrace on the first floor. An additional kitchen is situated bellow the ground floor where you can prepare delicious meals for your family and friends and an entertainment room. The competitive ones who do not want to relax by the pool the whole day can enjoy playing darts, pool on the professional billiard table or table football. The villa is fully air-conditioned, there is a TV in every room and every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. As her name says, you will spend the sweetest holiday in the Villa Dolcea.

Villa Dolcea is located in Kastel, an istrian village close to the costal town Umag. Umag offers a great choice of leisure activities, tourist conveniences as well as a little port. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in its cobbled streets. Do not miss your chance and try some truffles, Istrian prosciutto, sea food specialties and local cheese. Today Umag is especially known for sport: every July the Croatia Open (part of the ATP World Tour 250 series) takes place there, with many big names from the men’s tennis world. Not far away from Umag is also the award-winning waterpark Istralandia, ideal for a fun day for the whole family. The Kanegra beach, which is the closest to the vila, is a long pebble beach and one of the most attractive in Istria.

Modernes, großes Haus in ruhiger Wohngegend , perfekt für 8 Personen. . Alle Räume sind groß mit anschließendem Bad. In der Küche ist wirklich alles was man braucht. um für 8 Personen zu kochen. Im unteren Hobbyraum ist eine weitere ausgestattete Küche. Klimaanlage im ganzen Haus. Zwei einfache Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke. Ebenso ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen . In kurzer Fahrentfernung sind fantastische Restaurants und tolle Weingüter. Ein kulinarisch sehr zu empfehlendes Eck. Am Meer ist man auch ganz schnell. Wir wurden vor Ort toll betreut. Es kommt sofort jemand, wenn es an etwas fehlt. Wir haben einen tollen , entspannten Urlaub dort verbracht.

Prekrasna i prostrana vila sa svim potrebnim sadržajima.tako da nema potrebe napuštati vilu. Izvrsna komunikacija s domaćinom koji je vrlo uslužan i spreman za pomoć. Nadamo se skorom povratku. Beautiful and spacious villa with all necessary accessories, appliances so you can spend the whole vacation without leaving it. Great communication with the host who is very nice and available for any questions and ready to help. Looking forward to return soon.

Sehr großes und gepflegtes Haus, ruhige Lage, sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort. Drei Restaurants sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, kleiner Lebensmittelladen ebenso. Alle Räume sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet, auch in der Küche war alles da, was man so braucht, um für 8 Personen zu kochen. Durch die offene, ungesicherte Treppe im Wohnraum und die fehlende Terrassenbegrenzung ist das Haus für jüngere Kinder nur bedingt zu empfehlen, Heizung erfolgt über die Klimaanlage, es gibt keine Fußbodenheizung - das war für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig. Den Pool konnten wir (Ende Oktober) leider nicht mehr nutzen, dafür den Freizeit-Keller. Hier wären mal neue Dartpfeile notwendig. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir können das Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub empfehlen.
