Villa Elizabeta consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor are one delightful bedroom, 1 bathroom, a cosy living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor are further 2 lovely bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the second floor are 1 bathroom and one more bedroom which opens to a lovely balcony with a stunning view. Just the perfect corner to start the day - sipping tea or coffee whilst reading your favourite book. All rooms in the villa have underfloor heating and A/C units, which makes the villa suitable for rent in any season of the year.
For the ultimate relaxing experience, we highly recommend using the sauna or the outdoor Jacuzzi. Villa Elizabeta also has a private pool with hydromassage and 8 sun loungers. At any point, if you feel like exploring the interesting cycling trails of Istria, there are 5 bicycles at your disposal. Every traditional Istrian house has a stone BBQ in the garden and so does Villa Elizabeta. It is an absolute must to try and prepare some delicious meals the local way. Is there anything that can make your holiday more perfect than the company of your dearest people, while enjoying homemade meals and your favourite beverage?
And in case you are longing for a swim in the mesmerising Adriatic Sea, the nearest beach is just 2km away.
Villa Elizabeta is located in the small village of Cepljani, just 5 km away from the town of Umag. Umag is most famous for the ATP tennis tournament, but it has other amazing sights worth a visit during your stay in Istria. Umag offers magnificent fortifications and scenery, wine tours, unique souvenirs, beautiful artwork, delicious traditional cuisine and plenty of activities for all age groups. We recommend checking out the Umag town walls dating from the 10th century, the Church of St Roche and its beautiful oil-painted ceiling and the Umag Town Museum with an amazing collection of pottery and crafts. Nearby are also little towns worth paying a visit. The town of Buje has a famous authentic brewery, beekeepers and truffle growers. There is also the town of Brtonigla, very famous for its hand-made decorations and furniture shops. If you are keen on a family trip, Istralandia Aquapark is a place where you can spend a whole day! In case you like playing golf, make sure to visit the little town of Savudrija. The beautiful villa Elizabeta is within 5 km from the sand and pebble beaches, restaurants, shops and cafés, so your stay will be more than enjoyable, no matter what activity you decide to do.

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit TOP- Villa. An der Villa Elizabeta gibt es nichts zu meckern. Super Villa, es fehlt an nichts. Jeden Tag wurde der Pool und der Jacuzzi gereinigt. Unter der Woche bekamen wir frische Handtücher von der netten und hilfsbereiten Besitzerin. Hiermit möchte ich mich bei der Besitzerin auch für das Entgegenkommen für die Hunde und den Kleinkindern bedanken.
Erwähnungswert sind auch die tollen Restaurants in der Nähe der Villa. Ein kleines Geschäft ist in der Nachbarortschaft, das alles hat was man für ein Frühstück braucht.
Zusammengefassung: tolle Urlaubswoche, tolle Villa, nette Besitzerin, 5 Sterne, sofort wieder,
Wunderschöne und sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Villa mit hervorragenden Gastgebern.
Die Lage ist ruhige, das Meer und die nächste Stadt nicht weit entfernt.
Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden und können die Villa Elizabeta weiter empfehlen.
