The luxurious interior of this luxury villa extends over two houses. As soon as you enter the interior, your journey through history begins. The main house can accommodate up to 10 people. On the lower ground floor, there is a bedroom with its own bathroom, a fully equipped professional kitchen which can only be used with the assistance of a chef, as well as a dining room, a playroom and a covered terrace. A special feature of this property is the cosy cellar, which offers a wide selection of local and foreign beverages. The ground floor offers an elegantly furnished living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a covered terrace. If you go up to the first floor you will find one more bedroom, an exit to the terrace with a view of the breathtaking landscape, a bathroom, a study and a relaxing room. In the same house on the second floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. A combination of the best materials and high-quality equipment creates an elegant atmosphere.
The guest house, which can accommodate up to 6 people, has a luxuriously furnished living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as two terraces with wonderful views of the amazing surroundings.

This spacious property, surrounded by a wonderful Istrian landscape, offers you peace and privacy. If you decide to take a short trip to nearby towns, be sure to visit the towns of Groznjan and Momjan, historical places where you have the opportunity to experience the authentic Istrian atmosphere and participate in numerous events during the summer months. If you want to visit one of the larger towns, we definitely recommend visiting the coastal towns of Umag and Novigrad, where you can visit many sights but also enjoy in a wide gastronomic offer. Visit the best restaurants on the Istrian coast, but don’t forget to visit the local taverns and try the traditional specialities of this region. Istria offers many hiking and biking trails where you can explore the beauties of unspoiled Istrian nature. If you are going on vacation with children, we suggest visiting the Istralandia Aquapark.
