Lovely villa in Zadar 2km from the beach

This charming villa is located in the ancient city of Zadar, only 2 km from the beautiful blue sea, but only a few steps from your very own private pool! Villa Antea consists of a ground floor and 2 mezzanine floors. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are distributed evenly over the two mezzanine floors, while the third bathroom, living area, kitchen and dining area are located on the ground floor with direct pool access.

The outdoor area also features a separate kitchen and common room with BBQ and smaller dining table as well, of course, the beautiful private pool with sun loungers for kicking back and cooling off during warm summer days. The indoor hot tub is convinetly located on the second mezzanine floor with large sliding doors from where you can enjoy wonderful, romantic sunsets. Enjoy your time in this wonderful, cosy villa. :).

Villa Antea is located in Zadar, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Dalmatia and on of the must-see cities in Croatia. Zadar is an ancient city with rich cultural and historical heritage going back all the way to ancient, medieval and renaissance times. Visit the Romans square, the church of St. Donat, Cathedral of St. Anastasia or take a look at the old defence wall. But beside cultural and historical beauties, Dalmatia offers a unique gastro experience, known for home-made Dalmatian prosciutto (pršut) and Mediterranean blue mussels. Zadar is also famous for the light installation “Pozdrav Suncu” (Greeting to the Sun) and the symphony of the Sea Organ. Zadar completes its offer with various beaches, restaurants, bars and cafes. As one of the possibilities for a day trip we would definitely recommend the national and nature parks such as the Krka Waterfalls, Kornati Islands, Plitvice Lakes, Vransko jezero, Telascica and Paklenica, which will, without a doubt, leave you breathless.

Wir waren zu fünft in der Villa Antea. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Bilder stimmen mit der Wirklichkeit überein. In diesem Haus war alles vorhanden was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Es war alles super sauber. Alle Fenster sind mit Mückenschutz versehen. Das Wasser im Pool und im Innen-Jacuzzi wurde regelmäßig durch den Vermieter kontrolliert. Bei Fragen war Viktor immer sofort zur Stelle. Als Überraschung kochte Viktor ein leckeres kroatisches Essen für uns. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Viktor und seiner Familie, welche uns einen so angenehmen Urlaub ermöglichte.

Viktor and his wife are nice hospitable people. The property met all our expectations, including the pool, rooms, bathrooms and amenities. The surprise was the Dalmatian-style dinner prepared by the host. We will be happy to return here and recommend this house to others.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit dem Urlaub in der Villa. Die Bilder im Internet sind eins zu eins die gleichen Bilder wie live. Das Haus hat keine Makel und ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Besitzer sind ein freundliches Paar und immer telefonisch erreichbar. Sie kommen öfter um nach den Rechten zu sehen und die Qualität im Pool zu prüfen. Man hat alles was man benötigt und wenn nicht sind die Besitzer stets für einen da und sehr bemüht. Zadar ist eine wundervolle Stadt und in der Nähe der Villa hat man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir würden allen diese Villa mit zehn Sternen empfehlen weil man ein rund um sorglos Paket buchen kann. Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub oder einen Urlaub mit Freunden. Danke für die schöne Zeit 👍

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Antea. Die Villa ist sehr gemütlich, modern und makellos eingerichtet. Der Pool ist groß und wird regelmäßig von dem Besitzer auf Qualität des Wassers überprüft. Die Villa sieht genauso wie auf den Bildern aus. Die Eigentümer sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich, man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. An dieser Stelle ein großes Dankeschön an die Villabesitzer! Die Lage ist auch perfekt, nur paar Minuten mit dem Auto vom Borek Strand entfernt, viele Geschäfte sind auch in der Nähe. Wir können diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen und würden mit Sicherheit unseren Urlaub dort nochmal verbringen.

Staying in this villa was the best decision, we could ever made!! The accommodation was perfect, location was close to the beach and also close to the city center, we had amazing time thanks to the big pool, jacuzzi in the top floor and also traditional Dalmatian grill in the small dining "house" next to the pool. We could not be more satisfied. We also want to mention the owners of the villa, who were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived a little bit late because of the traffic and they were super nice and waited for us, they showed us everything and even gave us some tips. The owner also came in the middle of the week to check on the pool and jacuzzi and repaired everything, which we are very grateful for! :) In our check out date, they were so nice, that they come and bring us homemade breakfast and made us traditional coffee and talked to us. It was the nicest stay in Airbnb that we experienced so far. We definitely recommend this place!! :) Thank you very much for everything!! :) We will definitely come back!
