At your disposal is also an outdoor, covered terrace as well as a gas grill - prepare delicious meals and enjoy them al fresco during warm, summer evenings!
On the inside, the villa is no less stunning, starting with your own wellness area with an indoor hot tub overlooking the pool area. On the ground floor, there is a cosy and spacious living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for the entire group. Thanks to the villas large windows, every room are bright and airy. On the ground floor, you will also find one of the bedrooms, with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms, al with ensuite bathrooms, are located on the first floor. In total, the villa can easily accommodate up to 8 persons, making it ideal for 2 families. When upstairs, the views of the surrounding area will take your breath away, make sure to enjoy them properly!

The villa is in a peaceful and private location within a short distance from the village of Kringa. Kringa is situated in central Istria five kilometres south of Tinjan on the spot of the Iron Age edifice later a Roman fortress, the second largest settlement in the Tinjan municipality. The region is renowned for its food and there are many excellent restaurants close by. The interior of Istria with hilltop towns and beautiful landscape is ideal for driving, cycling and walking. The Adriatic coast and busy tourist town of Porec, all the beaches of Istria, all the historical sites and other places worth visiting are just a short drive away. A grocery shop, bar and an excellent tavern are within walking distance. You can also buy groceries directly from local producers.

Het huis deed volledig aan de verwachtingen de wij hadden. Rustige omgeving maar geschikt om van daar uit Istrië te verkennen. Schoon en luxueus huis. Een echte aanrader.

Eine Traumvilla die alle Wünsche erfüllt.
Die Vermieter sind super nett und freundlich. Das Haus liegt in einem Kleinen sehr ruhigen Dorf. Im Dorf gibt es. Eine kleine Laden mit frischem Brot und den nötigsten Dingen. Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien verbracht.
Ein traumhaftes Objekt welches im Juni 2019 fertiggestellt wurde. Wir waren Ende Juli 2019 dort und es war perfekt. Es ist wirklich alles so toll wie es auf den Bildern aussieht.
Der Whirlpool im Poolhaus ist dauerhaft beheizt und somit jederzeit einsatzbereit ohne Aufwärmphase. Der große Pool besitzt ebenfalls über eine Whirlpoolfunktion auf der Bank am Eingang des Pools, herrlich zum entspannen in der Sonne.
Die moderne Küche beinhaltet alles was man zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr groß und man hat auch mit 8 Personen immer ausreichend gekühlte Getränke und Lebensmittel, die man auf dem großen Gasgrill (draußen) oder Induktionsherd (drinnen) zubereiten kann.
Die Vermieter sind super nett und kümmern sich falls nötig sofort um alles und kontrollieren regelmäßig die Wasserqualität der Pools.
Wir hatten einen traumhaften entspannten Urlaub hier und kommen gerne wieder.
