Get to know our fantastic Villa Fabris - an elegant villa with 5 bedrooms in which up to 10 guests can spend a dream vacation in the heart of Istria. The villa is located in the village of Danijeli near Tinjan, surrounded by nature and yet close enough to all the amenities you need on vacation.
Eye-catcher is the incredibly beautiful, 96m2 swimming pool with hydromassage, surrounded by sun loungers and with a view of the greenery. Here you can really relax and enjoy the summer. On the terrace overlooking the pool, you have a modern barbecue area and a small lounge. A large wooden table invites you to dine outdoors with family and friends. If you enter the house from here, you will find yourself in the large, stylishly furnished and fully equipped summer kitchen with a large dining table where everyone can find space. One of the lovely bathrooms is also on this level. One floor up, Villa Fabris has a stylish living room with a dining area and kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, each with its own modern bathroom. Go up a few steps higher and you have 3 more comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, which are at your disposal and promise restful nights if you don't spend them admiring the starry sky on the balcony. ;-) The fitness area by the pool, table tennis, table football, darts, a basketball hoop and a trampoline ensure fun. A Playstation is also available. Another plus of Villa Fabris is the private sauna. Villa Fabris is located in central Istria, between Pazin and Rovinj in the middle of many small villages. Danijeli village is one of those little places where you immediately feel at home. Everything is there that you need for everyday life, but also special cities, sights and beaches are not too far away. The landmarks of this enchanting region are undoubtedly the best Istrian prosciutto, the olive oil and the wine, the authentic dry stone walls, but also the intriguing ancient history and tradition-rich in local legends and secrets to be discovered. The picturesque, medieval hilltop towns, authentic villages where time has stood still, and landscapes of fascinating beauty are ideal for scenic drives, bike rides and hikes. Excellent traditional cuisine, virgin olive oil and the first-class grapes of Muscat, Malvasia and Teran - for which this region is world famous - add the last ingredients to an unforgettable holiday. And if you are in the mood for something different, the crystal clear the Adriatic Sea with its beautiful beaches and popular tourist hotspots are just a short drive away.
Our stay at Villa Fabris was truly exceptional and the best villa holidays we have had. We were 10 people and had plenty of space. The Villa is truly spectacular with a very high standard (Sauna, 96m^2 pool, big kitchen). I would highly recommend the restaurant "Danijeli" right next to the Villa. This place definitely offers all of the best things one hopes for in a Istrian summer holiday, we only wish it could last longer. House manager Nikolina was always cooperative. Thank you for having us, we will definitely come here for a second time!
