All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. They are spacious and comfortable, each has a private bathroom, a TV and an air conditioning. There is one double bed in each room. One room has access to the terrace with a lounge area where you can relax and enjoy your vacation. From the terrace you can go down to the courtyard of the villa.
On the ground floor of the villa you can find a living room equipped with a TV and a fireplace, which is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The whole area is air conditioned. On the ground floor there are also an additional bathroom. Next to the house you will find a covered terrace with a dining table where you can relax in the shade with a delicious meal that you can prepare on the grill which is also at your disposal. In the courtyard of the villa there is a swimming pool, ideal for refreshment on hot summer days, and sun loungers. At 50 m from the villa there is a private playground where you can have fun playing tennis, basketball or football. Our youngest guests can enjoy the children’s playground. The village of Brščići is located in the municipality of Svetvinčenat in the southern part of central Istria. Svetvincenat, magical medieval town lies halfway between Pazin und Pula and is best known for its restored churches from the 14th and 16th century. 5 km from the village you will find beautiful Vodnjan, which is characterised by numerous buildings from the Gothic and Renaissance period. This charming Istrian town became world famous for the second largest collection of relics in Europe, which is kept in the parish church of St. Blaise. Pula, the largest ant the most important Istrian city, is only 15 km away from the villa. Take a walk through Pula and experience the streets and squares of the old town, some of which date back to Roman times. The impressive amphitheater dates from the 1st century BC and is one of the six largest surviving Roman amphitheaters in the world. When you visit Istria, you should definitely try its irresistible culinary offer.
