Charming villa No. 8 is located in the centre of Istria, near Pazin.
The two-storey villa is ideal for families or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people. Simple elegance runs from the outside to the bedrooms. In front of the villa, you will find an inviting and sunny pool where you can refresh yourself on warm summer days. There is also a charcoal grill in the outdoor area, where you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them while sipping a glass of the best Istrian malvasia. The ground floor consists of a modern living area with a cosy living room with a fireplace where you can relax while reading your favourite book, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa no. 8 is located in the small village of Bazgalji, not far from Pazin, in central Istria. All the amenities you need for a carefree holiday are in the immediate vicinity of the villa. The nearest beach is only 32 km from the villa, in the romantic town of Rovinj, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. Rovinj is especially famous for its beaches, narrow cobblestone streets, and colourful houses that will delight you. After swimming in the crystal clear Adriatic Sea, you can relax with a refreshing drink in one of the many beach bars or enjoy delicious traditional dishes that you can try in first-class restaurants and taverns. If you want to visit other towns, don't miss Pula, the cultural centre of Istria, famous for its amphitheatre, and Porec, the town where the Euphrasius Basilica is located, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Central Istria is ideal for lovers of active holidays, gastronomy, and culture. In addition to numerous cycling and hiking trails, you can visit many medieval towns inland, such as Motovun and Groznjan, or enjoy hunting for Istrian truffles.
