Near the sea, on a 600m2 plot is located the luxury villa Alpha! The outdoor area offers a private pool with sun loungers, so you can relax and enjoy even the hottest summer days. There is also a jacuzzi and a covered terrace with dining area and barbecue.
Entering the interior of the villa from the terrace, you will find an open, stylishly decorated living area with dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Everything looks very modern and yet homely. The villa can accommodate a total of 10 people with 4 comfortable bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor, 3 other bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each of the chicly furnished bedrooms has its own modern bathroom, air conditioning and TV. In the basement there is a sauna, another bathroom, a small kitchen and game room with PlayStation 5. Villa Alpha is located on the island of Rab in excellented location close to the sea. That the island is also called "emerald island" there is a good reason. Rab is one of the most wooded and greenest island of the Adriatic. On more than 100 km of hiking and biking trails you can discover its diverse flora and fauna, while enjoying the view. Rab, with its sandy beaches, rather untypical for Croatia, is especially popular with families with children. With over 20 sandy beaches and countless picturesque bays, every beach lover is sure to find the perfect place to suit their taste. From a gastronomic point of view, Rab will definitely satisfy your desires. Fresh fish and seafood are the main food of the inhabitants. When on the island you must try the specialty "Rapska torta" - a special cake on a special island. The island of Rab belongs to the Kvarner Bay and can be reached by ferry from the port of Stinica on the mainland in just 15 minutes.

Alles wie beschrieben, Geheimtipp, tolle Villa in perfekter Lage. Super ausgestattet, Traumurlaub von Anfang an. Die Vermieter Familie verwöhnte uns bei der Begrüßung mit Köstlichkeiten und hatte bei Wünschen immer ein offenes Ohr. Unbemerkt früh am Morgen wurde der Pool jeden Tag gereinigt, Handtücher etc. bereitgelegt. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Peter mit Freunden.
