In addition to the chic living area, the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen, there is also a separate toilet and 3 comfortable bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor. Two of the beautiful bedrooms have their own bathroom. Another separate modern bathroom belongs to the third bedroom. The house is fully air-conditioned, has WiFi and each of the rooms has its own television. A trampoline is available for the little guests to pass the time, while the older ones have a treadmill. If you want to explore the area, the beach is only 3.5 km from the villa. The beautiful towns of Icici and Opatija are also a short drive away. Villa Castanea is located in a quiet settlement near Icici near Opatija in the Kvarner Bay. The location is ideal for exploring the region and enjoying the flair of a chic coastal town. The beach of Icici and all the amenities you need on vacation are only 3.5km away from the villa. One kilometre further is Opatija, one of the most beautiful coastal towns in the Kvarner region. Enjoy a stroll along the coastal promenade, which exudes a very special touch of luxury. Here you will also find some of the best restaurants where you can try fresh fish and the specialities of the region. The region offers a lot for the active vacationer: water sports, bike tours, mountain hikes and paragliding ... There is something for everyone. The Ucka mountain also offers a breathtaking view of the bay and the islands in question. You should not miss that!
