This large luxury villa is located in a small village only 5 km from Ičići, small tourist spot on Adriatic coast in Kvarner Bay. Beautiful Villa Viktoria can accommodate up to 8 persons.
It is ideal for a enjoyable vacation for those who would like to spend it in one spacious house with breathtaking view of Adriatic Sea! At your disposal are 3 spacious bedrooms with air-condition, 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and dining area. There is also one extra living room with sofa which can be converted into comfortable double bed. In this area there is also a smaller kitchen at your disposal. The view of blue Adriatic Sea is even more astonishing from the terraces with garden furniture and dining area! For more enjoyable holiday there are pool and sun loungers in the big beautiful garden at your disposal. Villa Viktoria has WiFi, private parking for 2 cars and provides everything for a enjoyable holiday.

Beautiful Villa Viktoria is located in a small village only 5 km from Ičići, small tourist spot on Adriatic coast in Kvarner Bay and Opatija Riviera. Rijeka, the 3rd largest Croatian city is only 20 km from the villa. Rijeka is known for its long historic and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, cafés, clubs, bars and events. Ičići is a well known nautical centre with the ACI Marina. In the very centre of the town is a large beach which flies the “Blue Flag” and a number of sports and recreation activities are available in addition to swimming and sun tanning. For greater experience take a walk down the beautiful waterfront ‘Lungo mare’ an experience the night life in nearby Opatija - well known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic”.

Wir haben die Villa Viktoria hauptsächlich wegen der schönen Bilder und dem Meerblick gebucht. Unsere Erwartungen sind noch übertroffen worden. Bei diesem Haus stimmt einfach alles. Wir waren mit zwei Familien und Hund angereist. Das Haus bot jeder Familie einen eigenen Bereich für die Schlafräume und Bäder auf zwei Ebenen . Es ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und die Weitläufigkeit begeistert. Den genialen Meerblick kann man von nahezu allen Zimmern und der großen Terrasse genießen. Der sehr große Pool ist von außen nicht einsehbar. Für unseren Vierbeiner war das große Grundstück ein Highlight. Es ist komplett eingezäunt und mit einem elektrischen Tor ausgestattet. Für die Autos standen zwei große Garagen zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt zu Gorana, der Vermieterin war exzellent. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Fazit: wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden wieder kommen.
10/8 Wir waren 5Personen mit Hund,die Größe des Hauses war perfekt jeder hatte seinen eigenen Bereich der Garten ist für Hunde super!!! Ausblick aufs Meer Grandios Ideal für Mountainbike und Rennradfahrer!!! Gorana ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit
