Villa Dream View is a modern villa that lies in a hilly area and has an amazing panoramic view of the nearby sea. The villa has a private pool and a leisure room, four bedrooms and it can accommodate up to 8 persons.
The private pool is ideal for relaxing and a refreshing swim during hot summer days, or you can soak up the sun on the loungers around the pool, while you sip a cold drink and read a favourite book. On the covered terrace area next to the house there is a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing in the evenings, while the sun sets slowly over the surrounding area. There is a BBQ at your disposal where you can prepare amazing meals and unleash your inner Masterchef, and an outside dining area where you can altogether dine alfresco. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a kitchen and dining area, a leisure/recreation room, where you have a pool table, infrared sauna with a shower enclosure, stationary bike and multifunctional fitness machine. One of the bedrooms is a two single bed bedroom, and even though all bedrooms have their own bathrooms, only two are ensuite. Koromacno is a small hamlet in the Rasa municipality in southeast Istria. This is an area of beautiful and peaceful nature filled with many bays, capes, beaches and hills. The area is well known for its hiking and biking trails, as well as some wonderful diving locations. some 15-20 kilometres away you can find Labin and Rabac, two neighbouring towns, one coastal and one few kilometres inland. Former is a perfect place for art and history lovers, and latter is well known for its wonderful beaches and gastronomy. If you want to explore the wider Istrian area, you can plan trips by car to Pula or Rovinj two ancient coastal Roman cities. It will take you around an hour to each of them, and you can spend a day exploring each of them as they are full of many famous historical landmarks like Arena in pula, or Church of St. Euphemia in Rovinj.

Wir waren mit 2 Familien für 1 Woche im Oktober in dieser tollen Villa und hatten zudem auch noch traumhafte Temperaturen.
Der herzliche Empfang durch den Besitzer Bruno, die saubere Villa und der traumhafte Blick von den Terrassen aus rundeten einen perfekten Urlaub ab. Wir haben wunderschöne Buchten und Städte besucht, die zu dieser Zeit wenig Tourismus aufwiesen und von der Villa aus gut zu erreichen waren.
Die Kinder waren durch Pool, Tischtennis und Billard immer gut beschäftigt, so dass wir Erwachsene uns gut erholen konnten.
Wir waren und sind immer noch begeistert und können die Villa mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Danke nochmals an Bruno und Familie! Greetings from Robert and Thomas 😉
Es ist wirklich eine Traumvilla mit einem Traumblick und einem Traum-Gastgeber. Immer extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Wir hätten eine wünderschöne Zeit in der modernen Villa, mit super Panoramablick aufs Meer. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, es war für alles gesorgt. Unser Urteil Sehr gut, sehr empfehlenswert.
Das Haus ist wunderschön, super sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist das Highlight.
Das Haus bietet viel Platz, für zwei Familien.
Pool , beheizbar und der Whirlpool sind super.
Bruno, der Vermieter, ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Haus ist sensationell. Blick weit aufs Meer. Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang gemütlich aus dem Pool oder Whirlpool. Einrichtung absolut top. Es hat ne Sauna, Billardtisch, Sportgeräte, Tischtennisplatte..... Für Familien perfekt. Zimmer und Bäder wie in einen Luxushotel.
Eine absolute Oase für die Ferien
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Bruno (Vermieter) - Ein perfekter Gastgeber. Er kümmert sich um alles. Stehts freundlich und um das Wohl seiner Gäste besorgt.

Abbiamo passato una settimana indimenticabile in questa villa. La Villa Bella Vista è nuova di zecca, mantenuta benissimo, ha tantissimi comfort ed è semplicemente eccezionale. Il proprietario Bruno e la sua famiglia sono cordialissimi e ci hanno fatti sentire subito come a casa nostra. Abbiamo usufruito di tutto e abbiamo visitato tutte le spiaggia e i posti nelle vicinanze. Le spiaggie sono bellissime e incontaminate dalle folle di turisti e i posti poco lontani come Rabac e Labin danno l'opportunità di fare festa e commissioni a 360°. La vista dalla villa poi è mozzafiato. Senza fare troppa pubblicità voglio dire che probabilmente ci torneremo.
Sehr tolles Haus mit grandioser Aussicht. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man braucht. Besonders gut hat uns der Jacuzzi mit integrierter Bluetooth Box gefallen. Keine direkten Nachbarn und kein weiter Weg bis Labin. Bruno und seine Familie waren sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir als Gruppe junger Erwachsener empfehlen die Villa Dream View auf jeden Fall weiter.

Wer Ruhe, Entspannung und trotzdem Spaß für die Kinder sucht, sollte hier buchen. Diese Villa ist jeden Cent Wert.
Wir sind sooo erholt und Labin ist eine ganz tolle Stadt in der Nähe.
Der Kontakt zu myistria und zum Vermieter war perfekt.
