This charming villa is the perfect choice for your next family vacation. It is located near the beautiful town of Rabac and 20km away from the majestic town of Pula.
Villa Marty can accommodate up to 6 persons in 2 well-appointed bedrooms. The one storey-house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, cosy and tastefully decorated living and dining area. There are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. From the bright living area, you can directly access the terrace and the beautiful pool area. The terrace features a covered al fresco dining area, an ideal place for a family gathering. There is also a gas grill at your disposal where you can prepare great meals for your family and friends. While you're having a delicious dinner with your friends, your children can play right next to the house on the children's playground. In front of the villa, you will find an inviting pool where you can refresh on hot summer days or relax on a sun lounger while reading your favourite book. This villa offers everything that you need for a relaxing summer getaway and it will give you a feeling of home.

Village Belavici promises peace and tranquillity. Belonging to the municipality of Barban, it is located about 20 km from the towns Labin and Rabac, about 20 km from Pula, and about 20 km from central Istria. Due to its central location it is an excellent starting point for excursions, motorcycle, bicycle and hiking tours. The east coast of Istria offers the diversity of beaches and crystal clear sea. You can rent a boat there to explore hidden coves or go on an organized fishing trip on a fishing boat. In the evening, Rabac is perfect for strolling by the sea and dining in one of delicious small family-owned fish restaurants offering local specials with terraces right by the waterside. Due to its natural beauty and feeling of a small fisher town, stunning bays and crystal-clear sea, Rabac is sometimes referred as a “Pearl of the Kvarner gulf”.

Non possiamo che esprimere un parere positivo della nostra esperienza in questa villa! La realtà ha superato le aspettative. Tutto era perfettamente pulito ed in ordine. Cucina super accessoriata. Armadi molto capienti per riporre il contenuto delle valigie. La villa si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla e silenziosa.Negozi, ristoranti e supermercati si trovano a breve distanza. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili! 5 stelle super meritato!
Tamara, Elvis und ihre Tochter waren nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Das Haus ist ein Traum und sehr neuwertig. Das Grundstück mit mega Pool, Trampolin, und Fußballtoren sehr kindergerecht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
