Villa Rosa Labin is a beautiful stylish villa, situated in the small hilltop hamlet of Presika, not far from Labin. It is just right for a lovely family vacation, accommodating up to 8+2 guests.
The 5 comfortable bedrooms are spread over 3 levels of the villa.
The lower ground floor accommodates 1 of the double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining area, a bathroom, a wine room and an activity area, where you can relax engaging in table tennis or table football.
The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms (2 double and a single bedroom), a large stylish living room with an open fireplace and direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool, as well as a dining area and another fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The inner staircase takes you up to the 1st floor, where the 5th bedroom (double) is situated, along with an additional sofa, and an ensuite bathroom. From this room there is a balcony with a lovely view overlooking the pool and the surroundings. The inviting pool with a beautiful view over the surrounding area invites you to spend your time outside, either sunbathing or swimming. The outside dining area on the covered terrace outside the living room, enables you to enjoy lovely views during your family meals, prepared on a gas BBQ. There is an additional outside fully equipped bathroom, as an extension of the covered terrace area.The wonderfully maintained garden around Villa Rosa Labin, offers additional areas for relaxation and rest, in beautiful green settings. The Villa is equipped with WiFi and 3 private parking spaces, offering additional amenities for a truly wonderful holiday :).
Villa Rosa Labin is located in a small hamlet in the eastern part of Istria called Presika. The Istrian peninsula 'terra magica' lies on the warm Adriatic sea so you will be thrilled that the nearest beach is only 5 km away from the villa. The nearest airport as well as some of the larger tourist centres such as Labin and Rabac are also just a short drive away. Labin is the historic and administrative centre of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for history and art enthusiasts with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep winding streets of the
old town boast well preserved historical palaces, numerous art galleries and studios and host various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town offers several excellent seafood restaurants, with much local produce on offer, as well as many cosy coffee shops, ideal for soaking up the relaxed atmosphere. Labin's seaside resort is Rabac, once a fishing village and today a popular tourist destination surrounded by heavenly pebbly beaches, only about 5 km from this property.

Das Haus liegt schön, ruhig und mit guter Erreichbarkeit zu Geschäften, Restaurants und Meer. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, das Haus fast edel in der Ausstattung, sauber und vollständig.
La villa, parfaitement située à 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville de Labin et de ses facilités, correspond tout à fait à la description. Superbe villa magnifiquement entretenue offrant toutes les facilités pour un séjour entre amis. Nous étions 10 réparti en 3 familles et chacun a pu trouver son espace dans la villa.
Une mention particulière à nos hôtes (Sanja et ses parents) pour leur accueil chaleureux ainsi que leur disponibilité et leur attention à tous moments. A noter également une réactivité extrême lorsque nous avons constaté un soucis au niveau de la piscine : le problème a été pris en charge et réglé dans l'heure !

Ein wunderschönes und großes Ferienhaus mit wirklich großem Pool.
Für einen ruhigen, naturverbundenen Urlaub perfekt. Grundstück ist mit Zaun umgeben und mit Toren geschlossen.
Sehr nette und hilfsbereitet Gastgeber. Total familiäre Atmosphäre. Ausserdem wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und es war eine Schale frisches Obst plus zwei (sehr gute) Flaschen kroatischer Wein als Willkommensgeschenk für uns parat. Bereits paar Tage vor der Anreise kontaktierte uns der Besitzer des Hauses, ob wir noch Sonderwünsche hätten und begrüßt uns.
Und das wichtigste für mich die Sauberkeit 100%
Der Pool regelmäßig gereinigt/gewartet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden nach 1 Woche gewechselt. Einkaufen (Lidl) ca. 5-10 Auto Minuten, ebenso Rabac - tolle Strände.
Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubszeit und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen und es auch gern weiterempfehlen..

Wir können diese Haus bzw die Villa nur empfehlen. wir waren mitte August eine Woche dort, und hatten eine wunderschöne zeit ..
Die Villa ist sauber ordentlich die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr schön eingerrichtet..
was noch super wäre, sind Insektenschutzgitter wegen der kleinen Biester..
Pool alles super ...Vermieter sehr freundlich nett wenn man etwas gebraucht hat, dann waren sie sofort zur Stelle.

Ich kann diese Villa nur empfehlen. Wir hatten Ende Juli, Anfang August 2019 dort einen wundervollen Urlaub. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön ins Detail eingerichtet und sehr sauber. In der geräumigen Küche war alles was man braucht. Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Fehlte etwas oder hatte man Fragen an den Besitzer, war dieser sofort zur Stelle und kümmerte sich darum. Ich wünsche allen in der Villa einen tolllen Urlaub. 😊
