This beautiful villa spreads on the ground floor and the first floor with 3 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 8 persons with different sleeping possibilities through the additional sofa beds offered both in the living room area, as well in some bedrooms.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room connected with a kitchen and dining room, a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, an additional toilet and a storeroom. Here you can enjoy the combination of stone walls and designer furniture, high ceilings and exposed wooden beams, a great mixture of modern with a rustic touch. Through the carefully selected details, flowers and bright colours you will get a feeling of warmth in this welcoming area with a view of the pool. Big glass doors with a wooden frame lead to the outdoor area where you will spend a lot of time, mostly while unwinding next to the inviting private pool or while eating or preparing grilled meals outside. There is plenty of space to relax on the sun loungers if you want to sunbathe or just relax next to the pool while enjoying the breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. On the first floor, you will find 2 stylishly decorated and comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms and a terrace with an amazing view, which you can reach from each bedroom. Whether you just adore your time here, or in the nice, big garden or plan where to go next to explore the hinterland area or prepare for a day at the beach (only 15 minutes away by car), Villa Sussini has everything for your perfect holidays!.
Villa Sussini is located in a village close to Labin, the historical and administrative centre of east Istria. Close to it you can find the first, natural beaches just 19 km away from the villa. Labin is a medieval town on a hill above Rabac, which is located at the sea. Here you can find events and concerts in the summer, like Labin Jazz Festival, as well as numerous cosy cafes and well-known restaurants, where you can try out Istrian specialities. If you would like to visit the islands, we can recommend a boat trip to the nearby islands Cres and Losinj. For those, who like to spend their holidays actively, there is a beautiful hiking path (Sentona path) which stretches from the old town to Rabac. Here you can enjoy nature, see many rapids which lead through seven bridges, several meters long waterfalls and the old mill, whose ruins can still be found today.
Sehr schöne Villa, mit einer super lieben und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin. Die Villa ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt in Mitten der Natur, es ist sehr ruhig und die Aussicht ist der Hammer!
Der Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur und die Kinder konnten den ganzen Tag das kühle Nass genießen. Diese Villa ist wirklich zu empfehlen.
Sehr schöne Villa in sehr ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Silvana welche uns gut betreut hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was amazing.. The villa has everything you wish for and it looks exactly like on the pictures. The host is more than nice and puts in a lot of afford! Every two days someone came to clean the pool and jacuzzi.. The kitchen has everything you need and wish for.. It's clean.. Really nothing to complain! It was perfect.. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely come back some time 😊
