Luxurious holiday villa with private pool

What a beautiful house. We (Swiss family of 4 with 2 teenage boys, living in Germany) spent a wonderful week relaxing here. The house is in a great location within easy walking distance of the old town, local restaurants and boat trips from the harbour, and there are two supermarkets at the end of the road. The decor and the finish was superb, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were well appointed and there was absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool and outdoor area was perfect, and the boys enjoyed the opportunity to improve their skills with a pool cue. I can't think of a single thing that I would change, and we would recommend Villa Bonaca without hesitation.

De villa was prachtig. Deze is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. We werden prima ontvangen door de villa Host. Hij heeft ons een rondleiding gegeven door de villa en alles uitgelegd. De villa Host en eigenaar zijn erg vriendelijk. De eigenaar heeft ons goeie tips gegeven wat er in de omgeving te doen is. Al met al een prachtige villa. Waar je prima van je vakantie kan genieten👍

Wir haben zu zweit zehn schöne Urlaubstage in diesem wunderbaren, gepflegten und sauberen Haus verbracht. Als wir das Haus betraten, fiel uns sofort auf, dass bei der Einrichtung und Ausstattung viel Wert auf eine gemütliche Atmosphäre gelegt wurde. Wir haben uns sofort in dem geschmackvollen Ambiente wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Auch der Außenbereich ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Betreuung durch den Vater des Eigentümers war sehr angenehm. Er war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir können diese Villa ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Our family spent a great holiday in villa Bonaca in a very nice town of Medulin. This modern villa is very tastefully decorated, and also sufficienty furnished. The rooms are big, and have modern in-room bathroom. The landlord has been very friendly and helpful for all our needs. Everything (e.g. air condition in all rooms) worked perfectly the whole time. Definitely an accommodation to be recommended! We are looking forward to come again next year.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Villa Bonaca. Tomi der Besitzer der Villa und sein Vater, der sich vor Ort um alles kümmert haben wirklich alles gemacht, damit man sich vom ersten Augenblick an wohl und willkommen fühlt. Sollte trotz allem mal was fehlen kümmern sich die beiden direkt darum. Super Service Das Haus ist ein Traum in dem es an nichts fehlt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet einfach wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung Hier kann man einen tollen Urlaub verbringen in absoluter Privatsphäre Einfach Klasse mehr kann man dazu nicht sagen

We (three families: 6 adults and 2 children) spent a week in beautiful environment in villa Bonaca-Medulin. The villa offered enough space, it was very clean and modern. It was an unforgettable week in perfectly equipped villa which provided our family maximal comfort. Beautiful environment, perfect availability to the sea and the town center. A shopping center and a bakery are within walking distance. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

This was our first holiday since a long time and we were looking forward to it. Our two children (boys at the age of 7 and 4) saw the swimming pool by arrival and could't wait to jump in! It was the end of april but we got lucky with the weather (sunny and over 20 degrees), so we made lots of fun in the swimming pool. In the evening it got a lot colder outside, so we often went to the game room, which is in the basement. We played table football, lots of pool and also some darts. A perfect place for some entertainment inside. You can also work out if you want, but it was our holiday ;). The rooms in the villa were well organised, clean and nicely decorated. I would say the bedrooms are much bigger than a normal bedroom and each bedroom has it's own shower and toilet. Perfect if you want some extra privacy. The abillity to switch different lightbulbs at night, makes the evening more atmospheric. On a practical point of view, there are two supermarkets, which are located within 1 km. I think it's about a 5 to 10 minute walk to get there, which is very convenient. The boulevard is also nearby. I would say a walk of 15 minutes to get there. It's a lovely place to just walk across the shops, get a good meal at the restaurants or just enjoy the shore. We had a lovely stay at Villa Bonaca and certainly would recommend this place when you've decided to come to Medulin.

Wir haben die Villa Bonaca vom 10. - 17.06.2022 mit 2 vierköpfigen Familien bewohnt und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und hat uns alles im Haus erklärt. Das Haus ist äußerst hochwertig gebaut und im neuwertigen Zustand. Wir waren begeistert von der Detailliebe, mit der das Haus ausgestattet wurde und fühlten uns von der ersten Sekunde an Daheim. Die Bewertung des Vormieters können wir nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Der Vermieter war in einer Woche 2x für jeweils 5 Minuten bei uns und hat sich vorher angekündigt. Einmal wurde die Mülltonne rausgefahren und einmal hat er Blumen gegossen, da nicht alle Pflanzen von der automatischen Bewässerung erfasst werden. Sogar eine Flasche guten istrischen Weißwein hatte er als Geschenk dabei. Den Grill haben wir ebenfalls genutzt und der Vermieter hat uns sogar bei der Führung am ersten Tag mitgeteilt, dass wir uns melden sollen wenn das Gas leer ist, damit er uns eine neue Flasche bringen kann. Wir hatten hier einen der schönsten Urlaube jemals, bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft und kommen jederzeit gern wieder.

We are renting villas via MyIstria for years now and so far, had only great experiences, but this time unfortunately it was a very bad one… We were party of 4 people (couple with a child + female family member so not a “suspicious” party of 4 by any means), but we were renting villa with 4 bedrooms so even before entering the villa we were greeted by the owner saying that “we can choose 2 bedrooms to use and he will be closing off the other 2”?! I mean we paid for the whole villa rental right? Anyhow, we didn’t need more than 2 rooms so I guess it was not a big deal but left the bad feeling from the very beginning… Tour of the house continued with comments and warnings like “if you really must you can use BBQ but I would like you not to because it might grease up the area…”, “if you really must you can use sauna but I would like you not to because it uses a lot of electricity…” so I guess if you ask the owner best option would be to pay the villa rent but actually do not come and use it. Other amenities were basically broken… pool cue tips are completely worn out so pool table is unusable… foosball table handles missing… darts broken… On top of everything the owner was making excuses to come over at least once a day and basically check up on us (they live in a building across the street) which was quite annoying as you cannot relax as you never know when he will show up with a new excuse for visiting… So if you would like to relax, get to use things you have actually paid for and not be “looked over the shoulder” for the whole time of your stay I would wholeheartedly suggest avoiding this place…
