Due to its vicinity to the Croatian tourist pearl Opatija, Villa Carmen Opatija has an optimal location. The sea view you have from this villa is truly enchanting, it seems almost as if you can reach out to the sea.
VIlla Carmen Opatija is a modern villa that accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 comfortable double bedrooms. The villa is comprised of 2 units. One unit is situated on the ground floor, and consists of a living room, 1 double bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom. This unit has a separate entrance and is not connected to the other part of the house from the inside. The other unit is spread over 2 floors. One part of it is also on the ground floor, consisting of a living room, kitchen and a small guest toilet. An inner staircase leads you up to the 1st floor, where the 3 remaining double bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located. Due to the great position of the villa, you can enjoy the beautiful sea views from all the terraces as well as from the lovely pool. Ideal for families, that can enjoy some privacy, as well as spend common time dining all together al fresco on the outside covered terrace, next to the pool, while enjoying looking at the beautiful Adriatic sea. Villa Carmen Opatija is quipped with WiFi and 5 private parking spaces.

Villa Carmen is overlooking the famous tourist pearl of Opatija. Opatija is the oldest tourist center in Croatia whose history dates back to the 19th century when the dynasty Habsburg turned the city into a destination for noblemen. During your stay in Opatija, be sure to visit Villa Angiolina which marks the beginning of tourism in this area or a walk through St. Jakob`s park and Park Angiolina, both built in the 19th century. If you feel like going on a trip, the Ucka nature park is not far away. The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 500 m away from the villa. This means you can easily join the hustle and bustle of Opatija, or withdraw to this villa and enjpy the serenity and wonderful views.

Wir waren 6 Frauen in der Villa Carmen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit der Agentur und auch vor Ort mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, hat im Untergeschoss eine abgeschlossene Wohnung mit 1 SZ, Küche und Bad mit Waschmaschine. Erdgeschoss mit weiterer Küche, Wohnzimmer, WC und großer Terrasse mit Holzkohlegrill und 6 Liegen. Obergeschoss 3 SZ, Bad mit WC und großem Balkon. Die Küche war mit Filterkaffeemaschine, Gewürzen, Essig, Öl, Küchenrolle, Alufolie, Backpapier, Geschirrspülmittel, Geschirrtücher etc sehr gut ausgestattet. Das gesamte Grundstück ist umzäunt und man kommt zu Fuß über sehr viele Dtufen in ca 10 Minuten ins Zentrum. Der Rückweg ist immer bergauf. Die Villa ist zu 100 % weiter zu empfehlen.
Stayed here for a week in August 2018. 8 adults in total for my parents wedding anniversary. We loved this villa! Immaculate, modern and with great air conditioning throughout the villa. The host was fantastic, even booking us a local restaurant Ruzmarin for the evening of my parents anniversary. Highly recommend!
