The villa consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor of the villa there is one bedroom with its own bathroom and a lounge at your disposal. On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with access to the terrace and a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. On the same floor there is also a bedroom with its own bathroom, a lovely dining room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a separate toilet. On the second floor there are 3 more modern style bedrooms with their own elegantly decorated bathrooms. On the same floor you will also enjoy the breathtaking sea view from the spacious terrace while drinking your morning coffee.
Guests will also have a charging station for electric vehicles at their disposal, without any further costs.

The enchanting villa Deavista is located in a quiet location surrounded by untouched nature not far from the town of Opatija and with a fabulous view of the Kvarner Bay. Only 500m from the villa you will find a beach and in the surrounding area you will also find everything else you need for a relaxing vacation. Get to know this area through Lungo Mare, a 12 km long and hundred-year-old promenade along the coast that stretches from Lovran to Voloski. Lungo Mare promenade is a favourite place among Opatija’s guests. A romantic and relaxing 100 years old walk along the shore, far from town traffic, is true relaxation from stress and every day worries. Monuments were placed along the promenade in honour of many notable people who visited Opatija Don´t forget to visit Volosko, a charming coastal town, once known mostly as a fishing village. Today Volosko attracts tourists with its many restaurants as well as a wonderful view of the sea. Be sure to head to the city of Rijeka, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy many cultural sights and a rich gastronomic offer.

Our stay in the Villa DeaVista was very comfortable. The property is very large and the house is also very modern and nice.
Our highlight was the pool and the view from the Villa. The homeowners are very friendly and helpful, some supermarkets were not far away. We will be happy to come back.
The house itself is perfect. The view is absolutely amazing. It has enough space and all facilities are available. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5-star rating is the exit on the busy street.

We are trying to further expand the offer of our Villa, in order to provide future guests with even more content and an even better vacation experience. We would just like to clarify that the villa itself is not located next to a busy road, but that the local road from our village leads to the main road. We consider this good connectivity to be our advantage in order to avoid traffic jams as much as possible, which is impossible to completely avoid in the summer season.
