Lovely old restored villa with pool near Vrsar

This beautiful, more than 150 years old, restored villa is the ideal family accommodation. The location of the villa is perfect - it is set in a small village - peaceful, yet close to Istrian touristic hot spots, and just 5 km away from the sea.
The villa has a lovely tended garden with a private pool with cozy sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, charcoal barbecue and a little playground, where the kids can have fun. The interior of the villa is a blend of historical, traditional and modern, with elements of stone and wood. Villa Allure can accommodate ideally 6 persons. Inside the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a cozy living room with a fireplace and rustic stairs leading to the upper floor. The upper floor consists of the bedrooms and bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed, suitable for accommodating 2 additional persons. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom at disposal, while the third room consists of two single beds.

The location of the villa is perfect for discovering surrounding places, like Istrian jewels Rovinj and Porec. The villa is situated in a peaceful and small village Flengi, which is known for its delicious cuisine, especially pork specialties. The same distance is dividing this village from Vrsar and from the Lim bay. Vrsar is an idyllic little coastal fishing town with a picturesque hill part overlooking a fabulous archipelago of islands. Lim Bay is a natural reserve, well-known for fishes and oysters, where you can take part in activities like climbing or kayaking.

Tolles Haus super nette Gastgeber, kommen sicher wieder.
Wir haben als Familie (2 Erw. & 2 Jungs & Hund) ) einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Die Fotos der Website entsprechen dem Objekt 1 zu 1. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist perfekt und in ruhiger Lage. Ein idealer Rückzugsort nach dem Besuch der vielen Touristenorte, die alle innerhalb 30 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes wären sie für Rückfragen jederzeit ansprechbar gewesen. Sie haben sich sehr viel Mühe bei der Begrüßung und Einweisung gegeben. Sehr willkommen waren die guten Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Das authentische Haus mit individueller, stilvoller Einrichtung traf genau unseren Geschmack, der "alte" Olivenbaum im Außenbereich gab dem ganzen noch mehr mediterranen Charme. Wir wurden mit istrischen Leckereien verwöhnt und das Haus war mit Liebe zum Detail auf unsere Ankunft vorbereitet. Unser Fazit: Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Woche in dieser sehr schönen Villa und können sie allen weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank.
