Beautiful villa with private pool in Istria- Porec

Villa Blueview Fragaria is located in the village of Heraki in Central Istria, near the small town of Sveti Lovreč. With its rustic design, the villa fits perfectly into this small Istrian town.

The villa consists of a ground floor and a first floor. A private pool is at guests' disposal as well.
On the open-plan ground floor you will find a large living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as two bedrooms with a double bed. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has a separate entrance from the covered terrace and view of the pool area and courtyard. Attached to this bedroom is a bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom on the ground floor has its own bathroom and a view of the backyard. The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs and each has a separate bathroom. The view from the terrace from these two rooms extends to the pool, garden and village. All bedrooms are air conditioned for added comfort.

The design of this villa with a private pool is a perfect blend of rustic and modern elements. The rooms are airy and bright, while the rustic flair is given by wooden furniture and floors as well as decorative, wooden beams.

In the outdoor area you will find a private pool with sun loungers as well as a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people and private parking.

Villa Blueview Fragaria is located in the small village of Heraki in Central Istria, close to Sveti Lovrec, one of the best-preserved medieval fortified towns in Istria, where you will find the closest shop, restaurant and cafe. Also, the lovely medieval towns of Motovun, Buzet and Groznjan are in close proximity. The location of this villa offers guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding smaller towns and visit some local restaurants with some famous Istrian specialties. In approx. 15 km from the villa, you can reach the town of Porec, its surrounding beaches and rich tourist offer. Agritourism is also a segment of the Istrian tourist offer worth exploring.
