In the same space, you can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen with a kitchen island, and enjoy it at the dining table for up to 10 people, next to a big window. Upstairs, there are 3 beautiful double rooms with TVs and their own bathrooms. Another separate double room is available in a pavillion in the garden. This bedroom also has its own TV and bathroom. Villa Pinca is located in the village Vizinada near Porec. Only 30 minutes away, you can visit the ancient town of Porec, where you can visit the town's focal point, the remarkable Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its mesmerizing Byzantine mosaics. Take a walk down the vibrant waterfront promenade, where colorful boats and the Adriatic Sea offer a stunning view. Another nearby place to visit is Umag. Its landscape is known for its vineyards and olive groves, meadows and forests. We recommend a visit to the family wine cellars and tasting the famous Istrian delicacies: Pasta with truffles, prosciutto and cheese, all with a glass of the famous Istrian Malvasia. There are numerous excellent restaurants, bars and cafes in the charming stone-paved streets of the town.
