Stunning stone villa with pool near Sv. Lovrec

Charming Villa Larisa, situated near Rovinj and Porec, will take your breath away. This property offers a peaceful and relaxing vacation amidst the wonderful Istrian countryside, yet only a short drive away from the nearest beaches.
With 4 luxury bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, the villa can accommodate up to 8 persons, making it ideal for families. Villa Larisa is fully equipped and provides everything one could need while on vacation. The modern and colourful living room and the villas vintage kitchen are located on the ground floor. Here you will also find one of the bedrooms equipped with a double bed and a TV. Two of three remaining bedrooms, all of which are on the first floor, have their own balconies with a lovely view of the surroundings. From the ground floor you can directly access the pool area and soak up the warm Istrian sun. If you prefer the shade, there is a covered terrace at your disposal with dining space for 4 persons. Use the villa´s grill and prepare delicious meals for the entire group.

Charming Villa Larisa is located amidst olive groves and farmland, near the picturesque little town of Sveti Lovrec, one of the best preserved fortified towns in this region. Lim Bay, a well known fish and oyster farm, is only a short drive from the villa. For those that like to stay active on their vacation, there is a variety of sports you can choose from. On the northern side of the bay you will find a cliff suitable for free climbing, but if this is too extreme, you can try one of Istria´s many biking and hiking trails. Romantic coastal towns as well as tourist hotspots, Porec and Rovinj, are easily reachable from Villa Larisa. Other than the view and wonderful beaches, coastal towns are the ideal place to try out traditional Istrian cuisine in one of many various restaurants. If you feel like exploring Istria, you should not miss Brijuni Islands national park or the historic town of Pula, know mostly for the "Arena" - the remains of a Roman amphitheatre.

Wir haben im Juli 14 Tage in der Villa Larisa verbracht und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Wir waren insgesamt 8 Leute. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder. Die Villa bietet genug Platz für alle, jedoch ist die Küche relativ klein und bietet wenig Platz zum gemeinsamen kochen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Ort. Man braucht immer ein Auto für Ausflüge oder Einkäufe. Das Houskeeping war super freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Unsere kleinen Kritikpunkte sind: - die Betten war nicht sehr komfortabel. Das Metallgestell war eher instabil und laut. Matratzen auch teils nicht bequem. Das geht besser für so eine Villa. - an den Innentüren hat man viele dreckige Stellen gesehen. - es fehlten Kleiderbügel in den Schränken - Der Pool wurde nur 1 mal gereinigt - es waren für den unteren Außenbereich beim Pool nur 4 Stühle und ein Tisch vorhanden, für eine Villa mit 8 Personen nicht angemessen. - Der Grill war nicht funktionabel, wir haben es 2 mal probiert - ohne Erfolg. - die Poolliegen waren teils defekt und unbequem zum einsteigen und aufstehen. - das Haus ist generell sehr hellhörig! Wir können das Haus auf Grund dieser Punkte leider nur teilweise weiterempfehlen.
A beautiful house with large pool and garden in a quiet little village. The finishes are great, clean and modern with lots of beautiful art on the walls. It is located next to a Konoba, which even delivered food to the house, fantastic. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that there are things that could be improved in terms of facilities, to be considered truly luxurious. The beds are not what I would consider decent quality, very creaky wooden bed and not very comfortable. The coffee machine is also not a very old plastic thing, which also doesnt stack up. A few new beds and a Nespresso would make it a luxurious house and worth 5 stars.
