Stunning stone villa with private pool near Porec

Wir wurden von Dragan sehr nett begrüßt. Er zeigte uns das Haus , und gab Tips zum Essen gehen , und für Ausflüge zum Meer. Nach der ersten Woche hinterlies er nach dem Handtuchwechsel Kirschstrudel , und einen sehr leckeren Kirschlikör. Der Weinkühlschrank wurde neu befüllt. Die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Grillplatz mit Sitzgelegenheit ist einfach nur genial. Die Kohle und das Grillbesteck waren vorhanden , so dass man gleich loslegen konnte. Sehr angenehm war auch , daß bei der Ankunft kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank vorhanden waren. Es war ein rundum toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank nochmals an Dragan und sein Team. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhafter Außenanlage. Wir sind von dem sehr netten Gastgeber Dragan herzlich in Empfang genommen worden. Das Haus war wie in der Beschreibung komplett ausgestattet und sogar der Kühlschrank war mit ein paar Getränken befüllt. Alle Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, bei beiden Schlafzimmern ist ein Balkon mit Meerblick vorhanden. Die Küche ist auch mit allem, was man benötigt ausgestattet, wobei wir hauptsächlich die Outdoor-Kitchen mit Grill, Waschbecken, Arbeitsfläche und Zubehör verwendet haben. Der Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt 3 Bereiche mit Sitzmöglichkeiten (beim Grill, auf der Terrasse und eine Lounge mit Couch und Hängesessel). Der Pool ist wunderschön und mit 4 Liegen ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr viele Ausflugtipps zukommen lassen und seine Telefonnummer, damit wir ihn jederzeit erreichen konnten. Zum Abschied hat er uns noch einen selbstgemachten Schnaps überreicht. Zusammenfassend bietet dieses Haus alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gäbe es mehr Sterne, ich würde sie geben. Sehr herzliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden und noch viel mehr. Bei der Ankunft gab es einen Obstteller und der Kühlschrank war mit Wasser, Saft, Bier und Mich gefüllt. Das Haus ist sehr, sehr sauber. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Wir können und müssen diese Haus einfach weiter empfehlen::WUNDERSCHÖN!!!! Liebe Grüße an Dragan und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Paradies? Nein, aber fast. Erwartungsvoll sind wir, ein Paar, am 03.Sept. 2022 angekommen und wurden durch den Eigentümer Dragan mit Ehefrau Mare begrüßt. Die Villa entsprach in jeder Beziehung der Beschreibung und den Bildern im Internet. Einige Bilder im Haus sind mit Blitz ausgeleuchtet. Alle Hilfsmittel für den Haushalt waren vorhanden bis zum vom Vermieter kostenlos bereitgestelltem Obstkorb und den Getränken im Kühlschrank. Zusätzlich ein Wein kostenlos nach Wahl aus dem Weinkühlschrank. Im Garten hingen über dem Carport reife Weintrauben, reife Wallnüsse und Feigen in Poolnähe. Alles zur Selbstbedienung. Wir haben den großen, mit einem elektrischen Schiebetor abgeschlossenen Garten ausgiebig genossen. Leider war das in der Nähe liegende Lokal geschlossen (Covid- Folgen). Nach 14 Tagen Tagen sind wir mit viel Wehmut bei strömenden Regen abgereist. Wir wurden mit viel Herzlichkeit von den großzügigen, herzensguten Eigentümern verabschiedet. Es war ein Super- Aufenthalt. Ein Hinweis für ADAC Mitglieder: Sie können alle Maut- und Tunnelgebühren (außer Kroatien) vorab beim ADAC bezahlen und können über videogesteuerte (Nummernschild wird ausgelesen) Spuren verzugslos an den Kontrollstellen durchfahren.

Writing this on our last day of our stay at this wonderful villa. Before coming here we did our homework and read a bunch full off reviews and recommendations of this and other villas in Istria. We therefore had huge expectations and we were in no way disappointed. Everything went perfectly in regards of check in. Our host Dragan responded swiftly and where waiting for us after a 16 hour drive from Denmark. The villa was in tip top order and Dragan gave us a good introduction to everything. They had even prepared a cols bottle of wine for us. The house was really clean, and so was the pool and garden (really beautiful). It has everything you need for a nice stay, and Dragan even provides some real good recommendations for restaurants etc. We will miss the villa, but find comfort in knowing that this will not be the last visit :-) Don’t hesitate to book - We promise you will not regret. A very beautiful and thoughtfully designed villa in the hills just above Porec. We loved it here. The gardens are comfortable and the pool is immaculately clean. There are lots of places to sit in sun or shade and the two terraces outside each bedroom had wonderful views of the sunset. The interior is modern, classical and comfortable with a lot of interesting features from a previous life as a farmhouse. There are fig, walnut, olive and citrus trees in the garden and grapes hanging down giving shade in the parking area behind silent and smooth electric gates. What was especially wonderful were the host Dragan and his family. Super welcoming, with great advice for things to see and brilliantly helpful with any questions. Both the arrival and departure were an absolute pleasure with warmth, kindness and great patience when we got lost! If you love Istria and want somewhere quiet, clean and beautiful as a base to explore you will not find a better place to stay. We loved everything about it.

My family just spent a week at Dragan’s Villa Nini - tastefully decorated and well-equipped house in a beautiful location that made our Istrian vacation very enjoyable. We appreciate how thoughtfully our very kind hosts prepared this spotless house for our arrival - including plenty of towels, pots & pans and everything one might need for cooking, along with a complementary bottle of wine and some milk, orange juice, beer and mineral water waiting in the fridge. Our communications with Dragan were quick and easy - he was always very responsive, most notably when one day we run out of cooking gas at lunch time. All things considered, a perfect home-away-from-home for a very relaxing vacation in beautiful surroundings. Very highly recommended - we hope to return sooner rather than later.

Nous passons nos vacances d‘automne ici pour la première fois, mais sûrement pas la dernière !!!! Un endroit merveilleux, non seulement par le paysage et le calme, mais surtout par une maison magnifique, décorée avec beaucoup de classe et de „douceur“, d‘une propreté infinie, donnant sur un jardin bien clôturé, avec de grands arbres, une belle piscine, un coin protégé pour faire des grillades, des terrasses devant, en haut, sur les côtés, enfin.... un petit paradis! Et sans oublier l‘accueil trés chaleureux de monsieur Dragan lors de notre arrivée, et les attentions comme par exemple du lait, du jus d‘orange, de l‘eau , du vin et de la bière, un geste très généreux. Wir waren die letzte August-Woche in der Villa Nina und haben dort eine sehr schöne, ruhige Zeit verbracht. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Nach Porec oder zum Strand fährt man nur ca. 15 Minuten und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ganz in der Nähe. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Villa Nini is a great place for perfect family - holiday. We highly recommend it! Everything was perfect, kitchen was equiped as at home, all house and pool - very clean. Dragan was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Wir haben im Juli in der Villa Nini Urlaub gemacht!! Das alte Steinhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!! Auch der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Wir können dieses schöne Haus nur empfehlen und werden sicherlich ein weiteres Mal in der Villa Urlaub machen!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nini this June. The villa is beautiful, with well-appointed rooms and a great kitchen (indoor and outdoor!) The pool was lovely and we enjoyed meals outside in the garden most days. The location is perfect for 'getting away from it all' while still being a short drive to the beautiful coastal towns, wine tasting spots, and terrific restaurants. Dragan was a gracious host; easy to reach and very helpful in showing us everything we needed to know about the villa and providing maps and directions. A wonderful start to our vacation.

Čudovita vila za 4 osebe. V hladilniku so nas pričakali mleko, sok, coco cola in pivo. lastnik je zelo prijazen in ustrežljiv. V kopalnici je narazpolago milo in wc papir, v kuhinji papirnate brisače, sol, sladkor, osnovne začimbe in tablete za pomivalni straj. Na vrtu je gril z vso opremo za kurjenje in čiščenje. Enako velja za kamin v hiši. Za dobrodošlico smo prejeli buteljko vina, ob odhodu pa steklenico njihovega domačega žganja. Celotna vila je čista in lepo urejena, kot je prikazano na inernetni strani myistra. Beautiful villa for 4 people. We got milk, juice, Coco Cola and beer in the fridge. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. In the bathroom there is soap and toilet paper, in the kitchen paper towels, salt, sugar, basic spices and tablets for the dishwasher. In the garden there is a grill with the full equipment for burning and cleaning. The same goes for the fireplace in the house. We received a bottle of wine and a bottle of their home spirits at the departure. The entire villa is clean and beautifully decorated as shown on the web page: www: Myistra.

Wir waren im Juli 10 Tage in der Villa Nini und haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Das alte Steinhaus und der schöne, gepflegte Garten mit Pool sind ein herrlicher Ort um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Lage eignet sich auch sehr gut für Tagesausflüge in ganz Istrien. Porec ist ca. 20 min entfernt (dort gibt es auch am Beginn des Ortes genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie zB Lidl, Kaufhaus, etc.), Rovinj 30 min, Pula 40min und Opatija ca. 1 Std. Ein paar Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt, befindet sich ein einfaches Gasthaus wo man auch sehr gut essen kann. In der Villa selbst haben wir den schönen Grillplatz des Öfteren benutzt. Dragan und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns nach 1 Woche mit selbst gebackener Mehlspeise verwöhnt und auch den selbstgebrannten Grappa als Abschiedsgeschenk fanden wir sehr nett. Rundum war dieses Ferienhaus für uns ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa and the owner was really helpful and friendly. We got some milk, water, orangejuice and a bottle of wine at our arrival as well as a nice gift when we left. The privacy we had was great for our little family as we do not like to live in crowded and loud places. For that you can easily take a short ride to porec which is not far away. There was also a grill we really enjoyed using. Unfortunately we could not stay longer due to work but we would always like come back.

Beautiful Croatian villa, set among a lovely garden and swimming pool which our kids loved. The owner was very helpful providing cot, high chair, stair gates etc for our baby. The fridge was stocked with milk, water and beer for our arrival which was greatly appreciated as were the lovely gifts at the end of our stay. The villa is in a great location for exploring Istria. Porec is a lovely coastal town only 10 minutes drive away, lots of large supermarkets, boat trips available at the marina, good parks for the kids and many restaurants. We also explored Pula, Rovinji, Vrsar, Pizan and Umag all less than 30 minutes drive from the villa.
