Beautiful villa with private pool near Porec

The charming stone Villa Vera is situated in the small village of Kastelir, close to beautiful beaches and the city of Porec. This villa can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Thanks to its amazing location, Villa Vera offers its guests a nice sea view. At the same time there is a private pool at your disposal for unforgettable memories with family and friends!
The villa extends over two floors. On the lower floor there is an open kitchen with a dining area that stretches elegantly to the cosy, warm living room, as well as a separate toilet and a double bedroom. There is also a table for table football for your entertainment. On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms, two of them with access to the balcony, as well as one bathroom and a separate toilet.
The private pool in the garden will quickly become the favourite spot of all guests since it is the perfect place for splashing around with family and friends, cooling down and relaxing. On the terrace there is also an open dining room for 10 people, a cosy modern hanging chair and a fireplace at your disposal. The outdoor area of Villa Vera is perfect for all guests who want to be embraced by the Istrian sun as long as possible.

The villa is located in a charming village called Kastelir. It is close to Porec and its beaches. Porec is the largest tourist hot spot in Istria where you can find all kind of activities. If you are looking for activity, remarkable experiences and rich cultural heritage, Porec with its 100 years of experience in hospitality and supreme tourist offer, is the place for you. Be sure not to miss the numerous parties organized in tourist villages and the town's centre. There are beach clubs, coffee bars, and after midnight you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of night bars and discos. Nothing but fun from sunset till sunrise! Car is recommended. Shops and restaurants are in short walking distance from the villa. Areas of interest include the Medieval Hill top towns of Motovun and Groznjan as well as the seaside towns of Rovinj and Vrsar.

Prezadovoljni,vila je top top top. Vlastnici vile vrlo ljubazni. Sigurno cemo se ponovo vratiti.
Super Haus mit mega Ausblick auf die Adria, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, im Haus war alles vorhanden was man benötigt, der Pool war toll für die Kinder, schönes Örtchen zum Entspannen ... Wir kommen sehr gern wieder 👍
