Beautiful villa with private pool near Pula

Villa Azura is a beautiful villa built with high standards and in traditional style. The interior has been beautifully decorated with attention to details.
There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twins. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The villa is fully air conditioned and has broadband WiFi internet access. Outside there is a nice size pool, quality sun loungers and outdoor dining with a stone built barbecue. The villa is fully walled and gated with private parking. So you are set for a perfectly relaxing holiday. The house sits on the hilltop above the Rasa channel and there are a dozen of nice beaches within 10 km. Close to the villa is a ranch with horses, where you and your family can spend some quality time and go on riding trips... The owner will give you more information about this.

Villa Azura is located in Hreljici, a settlement in the municipality of Marcana. It is the ideal destination if you are looking for a peaceful vacation, away from the overcrowded tourist hot-spots. The area has 36 km of unspoilt seacoast, and it is the least urbanised coastal zone in Istria, with crystal clear sea surrounded by lush greenery. The Marcana Riviera is a perfect place for a peaceful family vacation in the countryside, with numerous authentic cultural monuments of Istrian architecture and medieval churches. The entire area is surrounded by green hills and blue coves, some of which are accessible only by boat. You can follow some of the Istrian wine and olive trails, and explore the old dry-stone walls and Istrian kazuni, the authentic small cottages. Other than the cultural heritage, this region has a rich gastronomic offer on local delicacies which you must try out!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Haus. Es befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in einem Villenviertel, das auch weiter bebaut wird. Vermieter sehr nett, im Haus und Pool alles sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das einzige was mir persönlich gefehlt hat waren Mückenschutzgitter an den Fenstern und der Terassentür… Wir und unser Hund haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen
Wir wahren 2 Wochen im Haus von Herr Uravic. Ein sehr netter Vermieter. Das Haus sowie die Umgebung sind super, etwas abgelegen aber das haben wir gesucht. In 20-25 Minuten erreicht man die grösseren Orte in der Gegend. Im Haus dürfte das eine oder andere mal erneuert werden was schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber sonst alles OK. Einzig, das die Küche etwas knapp ausgestattet ist (Keine Gewürze etc. vorhanden). Das Haus können wir aber gerne weiterempfehlen.
