The villa can accommodate a total of 10 people in five comfortable bedrooms. The spacious ground floor of the villa has an equipped kitchen with living room and open plan dining area. On the ground floor of the villa you can find three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, laundry room and from the ground floor you have access to two outdoor terraces. On the first floor you can find two bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms and a covered terrace with tennis table and an outdoor living area.
The beautiful courtyard of the villa D&V will delight you! Here you can refresh yourself in the large private pool or simply relax on the sun loungers. In the courtyard there is also a large modern outdoor kitchen with a dining table where you can enjoy dinners with family and friends. In the garden of the villa you can find an 80-year-old olive tree.

The villa is only 3.7 km away from the pebble beaches in Stinjan, and only a few minutes by car separate you from the centre of the town Pula where you can visit various sights.
From the close town of Fazana, you can visit the Brijuni National Park by boat. Istria is the perfect place for all those who want to enjoy the beautiful nature and charm of small, traditional towns. When it comes to culture and tradition, Pula is considered the centre of Istria. Pula reached its peak during the reign of the Romans who left many traces, the most impressive of which is the Amphitheater. Pula offers a variety of tourist content, from sports activities, bars, restaurants and nightclubs to organized excursions. Like many other coastal cities, Pula is known for its beautiful beaches and clear sea. Forests, various beautiful beaches and the Mediterranean climate make this place an attractive destination for sea and nature lovers.
Waren hier mit 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Das Haus sowie die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind sehr groß. Die Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Bilder sagen alles, es ist genau wie auf diesen. Das Poolhaus mit Küche ist perfekt. Riesen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Ausstattung der Küchen sind sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben.
Villa D&V was a fabulous place that accommodated 10 adults that included family and friends. We all felt this was appointed beautifully, very clean and well maintained with many amenities that met all our needs. Greatly appreciated was the refreshing pool and outdoor kitchen area. The location was great in that it was a short drive into downtown Pula, Hidrobaza beach and Fazana. There were 3 restaurants and a small grocery store within a 10 minute walk. Also, many short drives to other incredible Croatian towns, some National parks, kayaking and olive oil were enjoyed by all.

Sehr schönes Haus, leider mit Schönheitsfehler. Undichte Dusche im Erdgeschoss, nicht alle TV funktionsfähig, defekte Schubläden, Eingangstüre verzogen, kaum zu öffnen. Gartentoröffner mit Wackelkontakt. Keine Müllabholung…schade ! Wenn Vorort der Service bzw. die Instandhaltung verbessert werden, dann gerne wieder. Toller Pool, ruhige Lage, Restaurant‘s und Supermarkt in der Nähe vorhanden. Beste Grüße, Fam. Meßner
We were a group of 10 staying here. The villa was very spacious and fit all of our needs. It was modern and had everything you could wish for (even a washer and dryer). The house looked even prettier in real life than on the pictures online. The pool was the perfect size and the kitchens were well equipped.
The host was very nice and helpful, if you have any questions or need some local insight she has some answers for you.
This villa was very special and we would book it again in a heartbeat!

Die Villa war einfach nur perfekt!!! Es wär die schönste Woche die wir dort verbracht haben seit langem. Es gibt absolut alles. Von Klopapier bis Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die beiden Küchen sind voll ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer alles auf neusten stand und die Schlfazimmer auch. Das ganze Haus kann mit Klimaanlage gekühlt werden. Der Pool hat die perfekte Größe und Temperatur. Es sind liegen und Handtücher von der Vermieterin zur Verfügung gestellt worden. Die Vermieterin selbst ist eine wahnsinnig nette Frau die auch mit Restaurant Tipps zur Seite steht.
Fazit dieser Reise!!!
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder und empfehlen diese Villa an alle die, die Sonne genießen wollen, Spaß mit Freunden haben wollen und einen rundum schönen Urlaub erleben möchten.
Eine wirklich sehr moderne u schön eingerichtete Villa.Martina die Vermieterin wirklich sehr sehr nett u hilfsbereit. Die Villa entspricht genau den Bildern im Internet. Der Standort der Villa liegt etwas versteckt u war mit dem Navi leicht kompliziert zu finden, da die Villa sehr sehr neu ist.
Der Villa hat es sonst an (fast) nichts gefehlt. Das einzigste was uns am letzten Tag gefehlt hat, war ein großer Besen um einmal durchzukehren. :-)

Eine traumhafte Villa, mit einer sehr netten Vermieterin. Es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist super. Man kann direkt einkaufen gehen und auch der Strand von Fazana ist sehr nahe gelegen.
Das Grundstück ist groß und es gibt genügend Platz für alle. Sehr hochwertige Einrichtung.
