It´s hard to even try to describe everything this majestic property has to offer. On the outside there is a volleyball and badminton court used only by the guests of this villa, a fitness and spa house with infra- sauna and a steam bath, a golf court and a wonderful, inviting pool where you will, without a doubt, spend most of your stay.
To make sure you have everything, by the pool there is also an outdoor kitchenette and a fridge for refreshments. On the upper terrace level, there is also a jacuzzi. Take a walk through the glorious landscaped garden and enjoy its peace and serenity as well as the scent of mediterranean flowers surrounding you.
Both on the outside as well as on the inside, the villa will fulfill all of your needs. With a total of 5 bedrooms, Villa Aqua Design sleeps 10-12 persons. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned, equipped with a TV and with private bathrooms in order to provide as much privacy as possible. One of the bedrooms also has a private covered terrace overlooking the pool and the surrounding area. Each piece of furniture, made only from high quality materials, was designed specifically for this villa in order to achieve the perfect environment. In each room there are original paintings by Omer Berber and Tarik Berber that contribute to the charm of the villa. On the open concept ground floor you will find a cosy living room that is connected to the dining room and to the modern kitchen with high quality Bosch appliances and a Gaggia coffee machine.

Location of the Villa Design Aqua offers a perfect balance of peacefulness and private enjoyment away from a city rush and yet well known tourist destinations on the coast are easy to reach. The nearest coastal towns are Fazana and Peroj, well know for their pebble beaches.From Fažana, small coastal town with a harbour, you can take a boat trip to one of the national parks in Croatia – Brijuni. If you want to see something special, be sure to visit Central Istria with its magnificent views. Here you can also try the delicious Istrian cuisine: home-made Istrian prosciutto (pršut), Istrian pasta (fuži) and Mediterranean home-made specialities. During your stay in Istria visit the city of Pula with its Roman Amphitheatre (25 km) and beautiful city of Rovinj (20 km). Villa Design Aqua has a private forest area shared with 2 more houses, where you can take walks or relax on the benches and hammocks.
