On the ground floor you will find a spacious, minimalist yet modern open-concept living, cooking and eating area along with an extra sauna room perfect to unwind and get ready for carefree holidays. The kitchen with its contemporary design is fully equipped for all your culinary adventures. All of the rooms here are overlooking the green garden and relaxed pool area surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. On the first floor you can find all the 3 comfortable bedrooms in natural, calming colours with double beds and private bathrooms. From the corridor (as well as from one bedroom) you can reach the big, shared terrace overlooking the green hills of Istria, with a view on the sea stretching in the further background. Perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea while catching a bit of sunlight. The villa is full of carefully selected details and decorations, which will make you feel welcome during your peaceful holiday stay. During hot days, be sure to enjoy the private pool with an option of a hydro massage or just lie back on one of the sun loungers.

Marcana is a little town 15 km away from Pula, located in the southeastern part of the peninsula. This area can offer some sinkholes and caves to explore. The biggest caves are Ljubic and Peresin cave. Some ceramics, stone and bones have been found here. Probably it was a part of the Roman inheritance. This area is also popular for numerous Villas Rusticae which have been built in this area in the past. Those farm estates have been famous for its rustical look and stone decorations. If you decide to do some sightseeing, be sure to visit nearby Pula. It is the biggest town in Istria, with the beautiful roman amphitheatre, museums and numerous bars and restaurants. Pula is also full of cultural events (theatre, cinema, concerts, festivals) and nightlife opportunities, so be sure you won't get bored! If you wish to dive in the clear blue sea, you can find the nearest beaches just 10 km away. There is plenty of choice for everyone - no matter if you prefer your beach to be gravelly, pebbly or sandy.

Wir hatten sehr schöne 2 Wochen in Istrien und die Villa Lucas war super schön. Das Haus und die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und nach 1 Woche kam der Gastgeber, die sehr freundlich waren, zur Reinigung der Anlage und neue Bettwäsche und Hand- und Pooltücher wurden gewechselt. Das Haus war in einer ruhigen Gegend von Macana. Marcana ist ein kleiner Ort mit Lebensmittelmarkt und Bars. Von Marcana aus kann man gut in beiden Richtungen nach Pula und Labin mit dem Auto starten. Die Badebuchten in Rakalj sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien, aber nicht das letzte Mal. Die Villa Lucas kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
Wir hatten sehr angenehme 2 Wochen in dieser schönen Villa. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Villa ist modern und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt - die Gastgeber haben den Pool nach 1 Woche gereinigt - ebenso werden die Pooltücher, Dusch- und Handtücher sowie die Bettwäsche nach 1 Woche gewechselt. Macana ist ein ruhiger Ort mit 2 kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäften - zu Fuß ca. 7 Min. - Wenn man größere Geschäfte bevorzugt, ist man mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten in Pula. Die Villa ist am Dorfrand gelegen und sehr ruhig - idealer Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub. Es befinden sich einige gute Lokale in der Nähe (10 Min mit dem Auto) - alles in allem ein wunderschöner Ort um Urlaub zu machen und wir können über diese Villa nur Positives berichten und sie weiterempfehlen.
