Villa My Ivana is a perfect place to have that cosy and peaceful vacation you have ever dreamt of. This ground floor villa has a private pool, three bedrooms and it can accommodate up to eight persons.

All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, TV and A/C. Two bedrooms have single beds and one has a double bed. There is a spacious living room where you can get together and spend your evenings together, a kitchen to prepare lovely summer meals, and a dining room to enjoy them, all three laid in a ground floor plan. The villa is surrounded by a large exterior, where your children can play carefree and there are even swings and a trampoline for that extra fun. There is a large swimming pool in the garden where you can take a refreshing swim each day and around the pool, there are loungers so you can work on that perfect summer tan with a cold drink in your hand. Adjoined to the house there is a covered dining room for fulfilling alfresco family meals, that you have prepared yourself over a BBQ while the sunset over the villa. Villa My Ivana is situated in Krmed, a small and peaceful picturesque tourist village in the region of Bale-Kanfanar. There you will be surrounded by lush green fields and rolling hills, and yet close by to the beautiful western Istrian coastline and the ancient city of Rovinj. Once, a long time ago, Rovinj was an island, a Roman town, but later the canal was filled and it became a peninsula. Nowadays Rovinj is one of the most romantic places in Istria. A place where you can walk through a web of cobbled streets in the old city core that slowly goes up the hill, all the way to the old Church of St. Euphemia, the most important landmark in Rovinj, and if you walk atop the church tower you will be amazed by the view that spans all over the city and surrounding area. From the land, you can enjoy stunning sunsets over the old city, where the red summer sky melts with the blue sea. Istria is well known for the cousine, especially with the use of truffles in dishes, as some of the best truffles are found in Istria, and Rovinj, as well as the wider area, has many wonderful restaurants to please any gastro enthusiast.

Wir waren vom 02.09.23 bis 09.09.23 in dieser tollen Villa! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und liebenswert! Sie haben uns alles über die Villa erklärt und gezeigt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber. Es kamen sogar welche zum reinigen Mitte der Woche. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sauber! Es war eine tolle Woche hier!

Villa ist genauso wie beschrieben, in absolut ruhiger Lage, top ausgestattet, keinerlei Mängel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Spiro, der uns herzlich empfangen hat und gute Tipps für Unternehmungen erteilt hat. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung für alle anderen

Wir waren im Juli 2020 in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Die Villa ist in einem kleinen Örtchen Krmed direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Balle. In dem Örtchen gibt es einen Supermarkt, wo man alles fürs Frühstück und etwas mehr bekommen kann. Die Besitzer sind sehr liebevolle zuvorkommende Menschen, die sich nach dem Termin- Zeitplan Ihrer Gäste richten und immer erreichbar waren. Wir waren insgesamt 6 Erwachsene Personen und 2 Kinder im Alter von 2 und 6 Jahren. Die Villa ist großzügig geschnitten, so dass alle Ihren Platz gefunden haben. Die Ausstattung in der Villa ist für 8 Personen ausgelegt. Alle Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert und sind neu. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eignes voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer inkl. Föhn. Die Klimaanlagen kühlen sehr gut und sind leise sowie geruchsneutral. Alle Fenster sind mit Moskitonetzten und Jalousien ausgestattet. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alle Bilder der Villa stimmen mit der Realität überein. Wir haben in der Woche nichts vermisst und haben auch keine Verbesserungsvorschläge, da es perfekt war. Der Pool ist großzügig angelegt und wurde auch vom Besitzer nach Terminabsprache gereinigt. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und man hat gerne dort den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die größeren Städte sind mit dem Auto kurzfristig zu erreichen so, dass man auch mit Kindern spazieren oder Essen gehen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Villa für einen perfekten, entspannten Urlaub in der Natur nur empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir nochmal wieder, da wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen haben.
