The villa Sonnenschein is located in the heart of rural Istria, halfway between Pazin and Pula, not far from the town of Rovinj, surrounded by the dreamlike scenery. Central Istria is known for a landscape of small, picturesque medieval towns. Great restaurants, cafés, wineries, and stores can be found in the nearby town of Svetvincenat. This is a charming quiet town, known for not only its historical and cultural sites but for excellent delicious Istrian cuisine. There is plenty of biking and walking trails around this area, while the famous vibrant seaside resorts along the beautiful coastline are only a short drive through the scenic countryside away.

Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden, sauber und gepflegt. Ein kleiner Bäcker bzw. Tante Emma Laden ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Garten- und Poolanlage ist gepflegt. Leider wurde beim Kauf der Gartenmöbel und Sonnenliegen gespart. Wir waren die Zweitmieter in der Villa und die Gartenmöbel waren bereits bei unserer Ankunft defekt. In unsere Freude auf den Urlaub, haben wir leider vergessen, alles mit dem Vermieter zu prüfen. Was uns dann, am Ende des Urlaubs auf die Füße gefallen ist. Kleiner Tipp: Unbedingt bei Einzug eine Übergabe mit Aufnahme der Mängel machen, dann erspart man sich den Ärger nach dem Urlaub!
