The amazing Villa Stephanie is located in Rovinjsko Selo, a smaller village just outside the most romantic coastal town in Croatia - Rovinj. The villa is located on the edge of the village and is surrounded by nature on three sides.
If you are looking for a quieter location, but at the same time want to be in the immediate vicinity of a coastal town, this is the right place for you.
This modern, tastefully furnished luxury villa offers, among other things, 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious, comfortable living room for 10 people, a sauna, whirlpool, and a 60 square meter private pool. Let's take a tour.
On the ground floor, you will find an open, spacious living area with a dining area and kitchen for 10 people, a guest toilet, and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The living/dining area offers direct access to the pool and the outside area. The bedroom on the ground floor also has balcony doors that lead to the outside area.
On the first floor, there are 3 more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One bedroom also has its own terrace. The last bedroom and bathroom are in the attic. This bedroom also has access to the terrace with a comfortable seating area.
The lower ground floor offers a pool table, darts, table football, and a sauna with a shower.
The outdoor area offers the already mentioned 60 square meter pool, a whirlpool, an outdoor dining area with a barbecue as well as a covered seating area.

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in der Villa Stephanie sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Aufgrund zwei verregneter Tage war der Spaßkeller mit Kicker, Dart und Billard Gold wert. Die Bilder im Internet sind exakt so wie sie der Wirklichkeit entsprechen. Wir hatten die Villa vor allem auch ausgesucht wegen des riesigen Pools und der Lage am Waldrand, so dass wir mit unserem Hund 🐕 gut Gassi gehen konnten. Wir hatten die letzten Jahre schon viele Häuser gemietet, aber die Villa Stephanie gehört auf jeden Fall zu den Favoriten.
Sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. War eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa. Alles so wie beschrieben.
Der Pool war die ersten (Mitte Juni) Tage etwas zu frisch aber durch die heißen Tage ging es dann.

Wunderschöne zwei Wochen gingen viel zu schnell vorüber. Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und waren bei Fragen immer Erreichbar. Die Lage zu Rovinj ist ebenfalls genauso wie beschrieben.
Einzig der Pool könnte im September etwas beheizt werden.
Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an die ganze Familie!
Wir waren begeistert. Die Kommunikation mit unserer Gastgeberin klappte perfekt. Wir wurden von Anfang an freundlich und hilfsbereit betreut. Zusatzwünsche wurden prompt erfüllt. Die Villa war genau so, wie man es auf den Fotos sieht. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche - Danke Sandi.
