Villa Unica is definitely the place for a special kind of vacation. Located on the edge of a sleepy little village in the midst of Mediterranean forests in the enchanting landscape of Istria, Villa Unica offers pure relaxation for a maximum of 8 guests.
On the ground floor, there is a living and dining room pervaded with sunlight and separated by a fireplace that can be seen from both sides, a state-of-the-art kitchen with high-quality kitchen appliances and a bar, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom, with a walk-in shower. On the same level, you will also find a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and cloakroom.
On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double box spring beds, which ensure a dream-like sleep. All 3 rooms have ensuite bathrooms, which are designed in a modern and functional style.
Outside, the private pool invites you to swim or relax on the sun loungers, while you read a book or let your mind wander.
In addition to the beautiful pool, the outdoor area has 4 different retreat areas (covered terrace, loggia, summer kitchen, and lounge area) The summer kitchen with gas grill, refrigerator, bar counter & outdoor dining area offer you and family & friends an ideal place to prepare local gastronomic delicacies and enjoy them.
The lounge area at the end of the garden is ideal for total relaxation, with a view of the pool and the beautiful garden. The loggia on the upper floor offers a beautiful view of the unspoiled nature of the area to relax, with a cup of tea or coffee, and can be reached via two of the bedrooms and the external staircase.
Table tennis is available for those who want to stay active and to enhance their dream vacation in this villa even more.

If complete relaxation, total comfort, and a beautiful countryside setting is your aim, Villa Unica is the right place for you :). In case you, however, decide to leave the indulgent luxury of your holiday villa, there are plenty of amazing places nearby to discover. Cycling and hiking trails start right from the house and lead through the enchanting landscape of Istria. The nearest beaches are in the idyllic fishing village of Fazana (15 km) with a beautiful harbour from where tourist boats take you to one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia - Brijuni.
A wide range of tourist amenities can be found in the breathtaking historic town of Rovinj (30 km) and be sure to visit the region capital, Pula, where a magnificent Roman amphitheatre hosts regular film screenings, cultural events, and live concerts by world-famous artists.
Not to be missed are the quaint medieval villages of Svetvincenat (8 km), Vodnjan (8 km), and Bale (15 km) filled with picturesque squares, narrow stone streets, and cosy tavernas, shops, and bars. This region also offers an exceptional gastronomic experience that can be savoured in the many restaurants, agrotourism, and local cellars only a short drive away.
Die Villa entspricht in der Ausstattung der Beschreibung im Internet. Sie liegt tatsächlich sehr abgelegen und hat nur einen Zugangsweg. Unsere Anreise gestaltete sich wegen einer Baustelle am Zugangsweg auf den letzten 400 m zur Villa als äußerst schwierig und hat mir am linken Kotflügel eine kleine Schramme eingebracht. Am zweiten Tag mussten wir über längere Zeit das Auto vor der Baustelle stehen lassen, da eine Zufahrt zur Villa aufgrund Bauarbeiten nicht möglich war. Zum Glück habe ich ein kleineres Auto (Clio) und keinen SUV, mit dem es am ersten Tag wahrscheinlich nicht möglich gewesen wäre, die Villa zu erreichen. Am zweiten Tag wurde das Wasser im Haus durch die Gemeinde für mehrere Stunden abgestellt. Beide Punkte kann man natürlich nicht den Vermietern negativ anrechnen. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Villa sehr zufrieden, die Einweisung durch Dave war freundlich und professionell. Für den, der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mag, und sich dessen bewusst ist, dass es nur einen Zugangsweg gibt, ist die Villa ideal und empfehlenswert.
Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles da, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Wie auf den Bilder zu erkennen, ist sie sehr modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Sie liegt sehr abgeschieden und bietet viel Ruhe.
Von dort kann man viele Strände in Istrien erkunden, muss aber immer gut 30 Minuten Fahrzeit einplanen.
Bei Anfragen an den Vermieter wurde uns immer schnell geholfen.
PS: Der Pool ist ca. 1,2m tief, was man vorher nicht rauslesen konnte.

Tolle Ausgangslage für diverse Erkundigungen. Ein wirklich gutes Konoba in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Villa selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Annehmlichkeiten. Sie ist von Natur umgeben und in stiller Lage. Wir werden wieder kommen.
Empfehlenswert! Super tolle Unterkunft in Mega Lage. Die ganze Familie hat sich wohl gefühlt, vor allem mit Extras wie Pool, Outdoor Küche und wunderschöner Terrasse.

Die Villa ist wirklich ein Traum! Überall sind Fliegengitter angebracht. Das separate WC außen war vor allem für die Kinder sehr praktisch da diese die meiste Zeit im Pool waren und somit nicht nass durch das ganze Haus mussten.
Auch die Außentreppe ist mega praktisch. Tischtennisplatte mit Schläger und Bällen sind vorhanden.
Ganz toll und hilfreich waren die zahlreichen Tipps der Besitzerin für Ausflüge oder auch Restaurants. Vielen Dank auch nochmal dafür!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

There is a supermarket 10 min away with some coffee places.
The villa is sparking clean with top quality ementies. Comfortable beds and the pool is amazing! The host is very responsive and gave us great recommendations of activities in the area.
