This modern villa is divided into three floors, however, the basement/ground floor is not visible from the back of the villa, because it's at the garden level.
Here are also two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms located, while all other bedrooms also enjoy the convenience of their bathroom. So enjoy the privacy of these bedrooms with a view of the sea and greenery and a direct exit to the garden. The youngest will be especially happy to stay in one of these rooms because the landscaped garden includes a swing.
You can climb up to the "high ground floor" with an internal or external staircase, where a spacious terrace with a swimming pool awaits you. Cool down from the summer heat by jumping into the pool with hydromassage or have a drink while sunbathing on the deckchairs, the options are endless. And even an outdoor meal at the end of the day is a must at the large dining table by the pool. The open-plan living room, kitchen and dining room are a true picture of harmonious design. Wooden details are also found in the decoration of the gym and sauna on this level. One of the direct views and exits is also from the gym - just imagine what motivation for exercise the view of the sea will provide! Afterwards, of course, don't skip the well-deserved relaxation in the sauna.
You will find two beautifully and impeccably furnished bedrooms on the first floor, and it is difficult to decide which of them has more amenities. You certainly have the opportunity to wake up with a view of the sea in either of them, because one has its balcony, and the other directly opens onto the upper terrace. The upper terrace itself offers you a place to enjoy an outdoor jacuzzi, garden furniture and deck chairs. Can you imagine a better place to watch the sunset with a glass of your favourite drink?
Villa Konstanca has a neighbouring villa Sara Murter. Although they were built as one building, villas Sara and Konstanca are rented out as two separate villas. Villa Sara Murter is located in the second half of the same building, on a higher level than Villa Konstanca.
Both villas are completely fenced in so that guests' privacy is assured. In case you come with your family or friends as a large group, it is possible to book Villa Sara and Konstanca together.
The luxury villa Konstanca is located in Jezera, on the beautiful island of Murter, which is part of the Šibenik archipelago. Just a few steps from the villa is a promenade that runs along the sea all the way from Jezera to Tisno. The promenade is 2 km long and ideal for morning jogs or romantic walks for two at sunset. Along the promenade, you will find numerous pebble and rocky beaches surrounded by pine forests. For all lovers of an active holiday, there are public sports fields for tennis, basketball and football near the villa. Bicycles are also available, ideal for exploring the surrounding area. If you would like to discover the other islands of the Šibenik archipelago, the numerous hidden bays and beaches, we recommend renting a boat in the nearby marina and embarking on an unforgettable adventure with your family. Also visit the Kornati National Park, a group of islands surrounded by untouched nature and crystal clear sea, and the Krka National Park with its numerous waterfalls. An unforgettable excursion is definitely a visit to the town of Šibenik, known for its cathedral and numerous fortresses that offer a unique view of the town.
