The amazing interior of this stone villa is shaped by high-quality wooden furniture and carefully chosen details. The ground floor consists of a bright and airy living area connected to a fully equipped kitchen with an integrated dining room. The charming atmosphere of the living room makes it a perfect place for enjoying a great book or the company of your loved ones. There is also one bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom on the ground floor. A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony is on the upper floor.
The outdoor space of Villa Figlica is just as impressive as its indoor space. The place where you’ll surely spend most of your time is the large, attractive swimming pool with a beautiful sea view. Soak up the sun on the comfortable loungers surrounding the pool and enjoy the beauty of the trimmed garden. For all those willing to show off their cooking skills there is a barbecue and an outside dining area for enjoying your meals on the open. The villa offers its guests private parking for 2 cars.

The lovely Villa Figlica will live up to your expectations of a great vacation thanks to its location just 5 kilometers from Umag, one of Istria's tourist destinations. While strolling through the old town and admiring the old city walls, churches, and towers, visitors can relive the town's ancient history dating back to the 10th century. Relax with good company on the picturesque seaside promenade while sipping a cup of coffee or admiring the breathtaking sunsets. This area also has many options for active vacations and sports enthusiasts - whether you want to go on a hike, explore the biking trails or dive into the blue Adriatic Sea, or sit and watch the annual ATP tournament in Umag, there is something for everyone here. Last but not least, don't forget to check out some of the many fantastic restaurants and taverns in the region where you may try some of the most well-known Croatian cuisines. Truffles, for example, are well-known in this province and are considered a symbol of Istria, so don't be afraid to try some dishes with them.
Es hat uns sehr gut in der stylischen Villa gefallen! Die Betreuung war ausgezeichnet, alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und geklärt. Auch gab es hilfreiche Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Die Lage ist grandios, ein weiter Blick über das Land bis hin zum Meer und sehr viele attraktive Orte sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa Figlica. Das Haus ist wunderschön, gut ausgestattet, im Herbst auch gut beheizbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar bei Problemen. Das Meer ist 10 Autominuten entfernt und bei gutem Wetter von der Villa aus zu sehen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The house is exactly as in the photos, furnished with a lot of love and full of details. Very well equipped and very clean. The air condition is central and modern. The pool, the nice shower and the fantastic view made our days special. The host greeted us cheerfully and was available for any eventuality.
It was certainly a delightful week and we recommend it for sure.
Wir können dieses Haus mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Am Anreisetag konnten wir bereits ab etwa 14 Uhr ins Haus, allerdings verzögerte sich die Anreise durch einen Stau vor Dragonija (Grenze). Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir konnten uns mit allen Anliegen an die Gastgeber wenden, die zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt wurden.
Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber und entspricht den Fotos auf der Webseite. Alles ist neu und modern, sodass wir die meiste Zeit auf dem Anwesen verbracht haben. Innerhalb einiger Fahrminuten gelangt man zu Spar, Kaufland oder Lidl. Die Aussicht ist grandios, man sieht sehr gut das Meer und Umag.
Alles in allem haben wir uns bestens erholt und empfehlen jedem, dieses Haus für eine Woche zu buchen.

Villa Figlica exceeded all our expectations. It's a truly stunning location and the views to the coast are amazing! A lot of care has gone into the interior design of the villa with great attention to detail. It has a modern airy feel and is extremely clean. No expense has been spared on the fixtures and fittings which are of superb quality. There are many wonderful locations to visit within a short drive; our favourites were Rovinj and Groznjan. There are also good local amenities within a couple of minutes drive such as a supermarket etc. You're spoiled for choice on places to eat for every budget, the local Istrian cuisine is delicious! Thank you to our hosts Olga and her sister Lola who were extremely helpful and hospitable right from the start. This is by far the nicest villa we've ever stayed in!
