Modern vila with pool near the sea & close to Umag

Villa Radini is ideal for a family holiday, in a peaceful village setting, but not far from the sea and known tourist spots. The modern villa welcomes a maximum of 8 guests.

Villa Radini will accommodate its guests in 4 comfortable rooms, of which 2 are double and 2 single rooms (each with 2 single beds). The villa is spread over 2 levels. The ground level consists of a bright modern living room, which stretches to the dinning area with a lovely view of the pool and garden, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom (2 single beds) and a bathroom. The inner staircase leads you up to the 1st floor, where the remaining 3 bedrooms and additional 2 bathrooms can be found. Here you can also enjoy your holiday evenings, relaxing on the terrace while viewing the inviting pool and lovely garden of the villa. There are 2 additional outside terraces on the ground level, with access to the garden and pool. There is an outside dining area in the small house next to the pool, equipped with a BBQ and small outside kitchen, a lovely setting for your al fresco dinner. VIlla Radini has private parking for 3 cars, is equipped with WiFi and has 4 bicycles, you can explore the surrounding area with, to complete a well deserved holiday :).

Villa Radini is located in the small hamlet of Radini, which is close to the small municipality of Brtonigla, in the north-western part of the Istrian Peninsula. The Adriatic Sea washes the western part of the county and the eastern one is reached by the Mirna River. The well-known slogan of Brtonigla is: small place of great discoveries that really means visitors of Brtonigla have real opportunity to see many things of their interest in this small and picturesque county, as for instance they can admire an unforgettable landscape, beauty of Nature, discover historical traces and centennial culture. Umag, only 10 km away, is a coastal city on Croatia’s Istrian peninsula. The remains of the 10th-century town walls include a gate and a drawbridge. Umag Town Museum, in a former defense tower, contains Roman-era objects such as amphorae and lamps, as well as contemporary local art. A long sea wall from the 1800s shelters the harbor. The city hosts a yearly ATP tennis tournament on clay courts.

Wir waren zu 7 eine Woche ab dem 22.8. in der Villa. Alles super, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn mal ein Problem war, hat sich der Verwalter gleich gekümmert. Wir empfehlen die Villa gerne weiter.

Die Villa iat ein Traum, wir hatten eine wunderbare, entspannte Zeit. Auch die Lage und die Nähe zum Meer hat für uns gepasst. Vielen Dank auch an Marin, der bei Fragen und Problemen ( Sturm und Stromausfall in der Straße) immer erreichbar war.

Wir waren mit 8 Pers. vom 13.07.19 - 27.07.19 in dieser Villa. Eine sehr schöne Villa, alles haben wir so vorgefunden wie es in der Beschreibung dargestellt wurde. Der Pool ist super die Größe für 8 Personen ist Top. Die außen Küche ist sehr schön und hat einen riesen Grill. Auch das kleine Häuschen nebendran ist klasse. Einige Verbesserungsvorschläge/Tipps haben wir jedoch (sie unten) Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, aber Landschaftlich toll. Super zum Radfahren (es sind vier neue Räder verfügbar) Einen super Bäcker (so gute Brötchen habe ich in einem südl. Land noch nicht gegessen) findet man in ca. 3,5 km (in Britonigla) Die Pizzeria auch ca. 3 km entfernt ist sehr zu empfehlen (in Babici bitte vorher Reservieren war immer voll) Unsere Nachbarn waren fast nie zu sehen, bis auf zweimal wo sie uns frische Tomaten über die Mauer gereicht haben. Diese wurden im eigenen Garten angepflanzt "lecker". Wir wurden sogar vom "Hausmeister" zum örtliche Fest eingeladen (wahrscheinlich nur einmal im Jahr). Der "Hausmeister" hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles notwendige gezeigt und erklärt. Auch bei Problemen war er sofort zur stelle. Die Orte Umag und Novigrad laden zum Bummeln ein (beide ca. 10 - 20 min entfernt). Der Wasserpark Istrialandia war Mega!! wir waren einen ganzen Tag dort. Ein paar Tipps für den Eigentümer/Vermieter: -Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre Super -Leider fehlt für den tollen Grill ein vernünftiges Grillrost welches auch in der höhe verstellbar ist. -An der Terrassentür fehlt eine Fliegen/Insektenschutztür, an allen Fenstern war dieser Vorhanden. Leider hatten wir hierdurch viele Fliegen in der Küche. - Ein Kühlschrank in der Aussenküche ;-) leider ist der Kühlschrank im Haus etwas klein für 8 Pers. Die Getränke müssen ja auch kalt werden :-) Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Es war Spitze!!!
