With its diverse entertainment offer, as well as the picturesque surroundings, is the villa undoubtedly a very unique vacation villa. You will enjoy even the hottest summer days relaxing, as a wonderful refreshing pool with hydro-massage is the center of the property. Around the pool there are sun loungers where you can relax with a refreshing drink. If you like to play mini golf, there is a private mini golf course at your disposal. The separate 40m2 property with barbecue, dining area and a pool table is also available for you to gather with your loved ones and spend unforgettable evenings. Take the opportunity to prepare delicious meals at the grill. Entering the interior of the villa from the outdoor area, you will find an open, tastefully decorated living area with dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The villa can accommodate a total of 6 people with 3 comfortable bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor, while 3 other bedrooms are located on the second floor. Villa Casa Grigia is located in a small village called Tinj, near the coastal town of Biograd na Moru. The "white city by the sea" offers beautiful beaches and bays, numerous restaurants and taverns where you can enjoy the excellent Dalmatian cuisine, as well as the Fun Park Mirnovec, if you want additional activities for your family. The location of the villa provides an excellent starting point for excursions. The coastal towns of Zadar and Sibenik, each just a short drive away, invite you to take a day trip with their rich history and numerous sights. Zadar is a historical city and offers a combination of sightseeing, gastronomy and beach. Very special is the old town which is located on a peninsula, separated from the new town. Well known is the "Sea Organ" and the so called "Greeting to the Sun" square which are located directly on the promenade. Book the special Villa Casa Grigia and let Dalmatia enchant you!

Tolles Haus mit guter Ausstattung und ruhig gelegen volle Erholung es war sehr schön! Toller Pool mit vielen Funktionen! Danke es hat Spaß gemacht hier. ideal für Erholung!
This was the most amazing villa we have stayed at, we had a lovely time the kids loved every moment, the hosts where so welcoming, the location was perfect with all the amenities near by and I would highly recommend this villa to everyone.
