Beautiful villa near the sea on the island Ugljan

Villa Karmen Adriatica is the ideal choice for those guests that like to spend their vacation near the sea. This eco-friendly villa has everything you could need on vacation.

On the ground floor you will find a modern, cosy living room overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one bathroom and a covered terrace, also with a stunning sea view. The bedrooms, 3 in total, are located on the first floor, as well as two bathrooms and a spacious lobby. This family villa can accommodate a max. of 6 persons. The villa has its own heated private pool where you can relax and soak up the sun, but if you feel like taking a dip in the sea, the crystal clear Adria is only a couple of steps from the villa. Outdoors you will also find a dining area and a charcoal barbecue, where you can prepare meal for the entire family. This villa uniqueness is also the usage of the private boat mooring right in front of the house.

Villa Karmen Adriatica is located in Kukljica, a charming small village on the island of Ugljan. Kukljica is situated on the southeast part of the island and is overlooking the island of Pasman. Pine forests, beautiful sand and rocky beaches and the crystal clear Adriatic sea make this location an ideal vacation spot. As many others on the Croatian coast, Kukljica was once just a small fishing village until its charm and serenity started attracting tourists year after year. From Preko you can take a ferry ride to Zadar and explore this magnificent, historic city. According to Alfred Hitchcock Zadar has one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world, so do not miss it! Nowadays Zadar is mostly famous for the symphony of the Sea Organ and a light installation called “Pozdrav Suncu” (Greeating the Sun), both of which are a truly remarkable experience.

We spent a lovely week at Villa Karmen. The house is very comfortable and luxurious with a beautiful view of the sea, which is just a few steps away. I can only recommend!

Wir besuchten die wunderschöne Villa Karmen mit Freunden. Das Haus, die Ausstattung und vor allem die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer haben wir sehr genossen. Jeden Tag mit diesem Ausblick aufzuwachen war einfach unglaublich. Unsere Gastgeber Karmen und Möaden haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns sehr hilfreiche Empfehlungen gegeben. Vielen Dank für diesen hervorragenden Urlaub in eurem großartigen Haus.

Wir (4 Erwachsene 1 Kind und Hund) hatten das schönes Haus im August 2020 für 2 Wochen gemietet. Es war sehr sauber, Küche und der Rest sehr praktisch ausgestattet. Die Besitzer ( Karmen und Mladen) sind sehr nette Leute und wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und ebenso verabschiedet. Der Pool war schön sauber, zwar nicht so groß, aber wer braucht schon ein riesen Pool wenn das Meer vor dem eigenem Tor liegt. Die Lage war absolut perfekt, das Meer sehr sauber. Kukljica ist ein nettes kleines Städtchen, mit guten Restaurants. alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ruhe war göttlich - kaum Menschen in der Nähe - perfekt zur Corona Zeiten. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Danke nochmals an die Besitzer. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es die Situation erlaubt.

Wir haben unseres Urlaub in Vila Karmen letzte Woche erlebt.Es war ein super Urlaub. Die Lage und das Haus sind einfach Wunderschoen. Wer sucht ein Ruhiges Urlaub mit super blick auf meer in eine sehr comfortabele Haus ist auf Die riechtige Adresse. Wir sind da mit 7 Leuten und zwei kleinen Hunden gewesen und es fehlte uns absolut nichts.Der ort Kukljica ist kleines geschuktes Dorf,wo kann man in nehe von Marina bei HAJDUK schoen fruhstucken bei crassant und capucino,oder bei UDICA schoenes fisch Abendessen.. Die Besitzer sind lieb und net und auf heimreisse haben uns noch klein geschenk gegeben . Wir werden bestimt wieder komen Schoene Grusse auf Die Familie Turecek vom Famielien Pustay,Stefik und Onderco Martin,Slowakei 19.8.2019
