Beautiful villa with private pool & sea view

The breathtaking view of the sea it offers, is the first thing that will enchant you about the spacious beautiful Villa Lubey, near Zadar in Dalmatia, with its 500m2 of space. Laying on a hilltop, it gives a lovely overview over its surroundings.
It comprises of 2 almost identical units (inter-connected on the inside), one with 4 charming ensuite bedrooms, and one with 2 charming bedrooms, each with a kitchen, dinning area & living room - spread over two levels. Additionally there is a underground level with a kitchenette, large space for dinners or celebrations, and an additional bathroom. While you spend your time next to the pool, or swimming in it, you can watch the sunset setting on the sea. Additional services like daily cleaning and boat excursions available upon request with an extra charge.

Wir sind als grössere Gruppe (9 Erwachsene und ein Baby) nach Zadar verreist. Wir durften eine Woche in der wundervollen Villa Lubey verbringen. Keine bösen Überraschungen und sehr sauber übernommen- wie auf den Bildern! Der Pool ist super und Spass garantiert! Der Grill und die Küchen sind mit fast allem nötigem ausgestattet und die 3 Kühlschränke wurden auch die ganze Zeit benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich! (Auch um 4:30 Uhr morgens, sehr frühe abreise🙈) Rundum glücklich und zufrieden, besten Dank Mia und Myistria!🥰 Wir würden wieder kommen☀️
Traumhafte Aussicht, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr liebe Gastgeber Tolles Haus !!! Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien.
