The beautiful old stone villa Salise is surrounded by fairytale nature in the small village of Salez. The villa has retained its traditional charm and, with its modern furnishings, invites you to spend an unforgettable holiday for up to 8 people in spacious rooms.

The luxurious outdoor area of the house stretches over 10,000 m2, where you can enjoy the view of the idyllic Istrian landscape around the house while seeking refreshment from the summer heat in the large swimming pool. Besides swimming in the pool, you can also sunbathe on the deckchairs or prepare meals on the grill in the summer kitchen to spend time with your loved ones and have unforgettable evenings. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room, a spacious living room, a toilet and a bedroom with its en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. The entire villa is decorated with stone walls and wooden beams, which guarantee you a real Istrian ambience. The special feature of this house is the private garden, which is right next to the house and where guests can enjoy free fresh fruit from the garden. Villa Salise is located in the centre of Istria and in the valley of the Mirna, the longest river in the Istrian region. In the immediate vicinity is the town of Buzet with its impressive centuries-old architecture, which invites you to stroll and sightsee. Exploring the streets of Buzet and its surroundings, you will come across vineyards, breweries and traditional taverns where you should try local specialities: the Istrian wine and the famous pasta with various sauces. Thanks to the rich vegetation along the Mirna River, Buzet is also called the "town of truffles", so you should not miss out on truffle hunting. Besides the numerous hiking and cycling trails, this area offers various activities, such as a visit to the Raspadalica mountain camp, where you can enjoy free climbing, paragliding or cycling. Not far from Buzet, you should definitely visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, and get to know the charm of this little place. Also, in the old small town of Kotli, you can admire the natural heritage and the beautiful watercourse of the Rečina River with waterfalls and turquoise pools - a natural phenomenon, a wellness oasis and a great idea for a day trip.

Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei der Familie für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub bedanken. Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung auf der Seite. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr herzlich und absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Haus und die Lage ist genau das, was wir uns erhofft haben. Ruhe, Abgelegenheit und eine tolle und einzigartige Villa in traumhafter Lage. Wir wünschen den Gastgebern jederzeit tolle Gäste die das Anwesen pfleglich behandeln, da es etwas besonderes ist was mit viel Liebe zum Detail erschaffen wurde. Aber die Geschichte dürfen sich nachfolgende Gäste gerne selbst erzählen lassen ;-). Frisches Obst haben wir nicht nur einmal bekommen und durften uns im Gemüsegarten auch selbst bedienen. Die Außenküche war super. Wir haben fast jeden Tag außen gekocht und gegessen. Das i-Tüpfelchen wäre noch ein Kühlschrank im Außenbereich. Ganz liebe Grüße und vielen Dank für alles.

Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit, die wir in diesem tollen Haus / Grundstück verbringen durften. Unser Urlaub war genau wie wir uns ihn erhofft hatten. Abgelegenes Haus, viel Ruhe und Entschleunigung. Die Bilder und Beschreibung zu diesem Objekt entsprechen 100% dem was wir vorgefunden haben. Die Gastgeber:innen sind unheimlich lieb, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden heute - nach 2 Wochen - abreisen und können dieses Haus wirklich jedem von Herzen empfehlen, der es gerne ( so wie wir) abgeschieden mag. Den Gastgeber:innen wünschen wir liebe Gäste die auf ihr Schmuckstück aufpassen und es immer gut behandeln. :) Vielen Dank für alles!

Die Architektur und istrische Bauweise mit einem römischen Einschlag ist einfach nur be- und verzaubernd. Hier trifft das Traditionelle die Moderne. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung wurde mit einem höchstem Maß an Geschmack ausgewählt und umgesetzt. Glückwunsch, Toll!! Die Außenanlage mit Außenküche und Pool sowie diverse Sitz.- und Lounge Möglichkeiten sind einfach nur grandios. Der Blick in das weitläufige Tal lässt einen noch schneller den Alltag vergessen. Das alleinstehende Haus garantiert für absolute Ruhe und lässt einen von der Außenwelt nichts mitbekommen. Der hauseigene Garten versorgt einen beispielsweise mit Tomaten, Gurken, Melonen, Basilikum, Rosmarin etc. Wahnsinn! Darüber hinaus wurden wir mit diversen Früchten und Kartoffeln von den überaus netten Hauseigentümern versorgt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Das war Erholung pur!
