Modernly designed villa with private pool in Buzet

This is a property ideal for family vacations, providing privacy and ensuring relaxation. Villa Vesna is a beautiful modern property offering accommodation for up to 8 persons.

The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms of which 3 are double bed and one has 2 single beds. At the ground floor there is a spacious living room-dining-kitchen area with direct access to the private swimming pool in the garden where you will also find a lounge area.. Our large swimming pool has is 40m2 in size and it has been modernly shaped to provide a length of over 10 meters. Our beautiful Mediterranean garden villa offers privacy and peace for our guests. At the property there is a garage for 2 vehicles and a typical Istrian konoba- a place where you will probably spend the majority of your time while staying at Villa Vesna. This is a spacious room with open fireplace and a large table around which the whole party can gather up and have a good time.

Villa Vesna is located in a small and quiet village called Majcani just outside the Buzet. Today, Buzet is widely known as the 'City of Truffles' since the forests along the Mirna River are especially rich in this divine tuber. Buzet, a town placed on a hill in the middle of the fruitful valley of the Mirna River. Inhabited already in prehistory, it was fortified during the Roman rule. The central square with the parochial church of the Blessed Virgin Mary’s Assumption, is the very core of the old town. While here, be sure not to miss a visit to the County Museum of Buzet and its surroundings. In the surroundings of Buzet there are some very well preserved medieval towns. Villa offers privacy and peace of a small village and yet everything is just a few minutes drive away: market, restaurants, bars etc.

Villa Vesna really is a home from home, it has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The villa is modern, light and gorgeously furnished. The pool and garden are large and comfortable, the only downside being the tree by the pool blocking the late afternoon sunshine! The owners were there to welcome us with snacks and drinks, and are very freindly. Buzet is a great town, with evertyhing you would need, the local pizzeria is to die for. We travelled around and loved Novirgad and Porec. All in all a lovely holiday, an amazing villa with great views and comfortable surroundings.
