This beautiful newly built property is nested in a quiet Istrian village and offers an ideal holiday for friends or families. Villa Aldo can accommodate up to 6+2 persons who want to enjoy their vacation near the beautiful blue Adriatic Sea.

At your disposal are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The outside area includes a beautiful green garden with swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy greenness you are surrounded by. There are 6000 m2 of olive groves and greenery that are part of the property, while the first neighbours are another 100 m away. On the terrace is an outside dining area with charcoal barbecue and outdoor kitchen at your disposal. The villa is air conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 4 cars and provides everything for an enjoyable holiday. For even more enjoyable evenings there is a piano at disposal. And above all, you can even have food delivery to the villa, or even delicious meals from a restaurant if you are not that into cooking during your holiday. Enjoy!:).

Villa Aldo is located in a small village Rapanji in Central Istria. Central Istria is known for a landscape of small, picturesque medieval towns which irresistibly remind of Tuscany or Provence. Istria with its bike roads is perfect biking destination. Great restaurants, cafés, wineries and stores can be found in Svetvinčenat. This is a charming quiet town, known for not only its historical and cultural sites but for excellent delicious Istrian cuisine: home-made Istrian prosciutto (pršut), Istrian pasta (fuži) and Mediterranean home-made specialities as well.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Haus und Grundstück waren perfekt. Extra Grillhaus mit Tisch und Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt es auch. Wurde von uns öfters benutzt. Alles sehr sauber. Das Highlight war der Swimmingpool. Es ist alles vorhanden zum Federball und Tischtennisspielen. Auch für den Pool hat es Spielutensilien. Alles steht in einem separaten Abstellraum im Grillhaus. Lage zentral zu allen Punkten in Istrien. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub mit der Familie genießen will ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Wunderschön. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist sehr sauber .Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Es ist ruhig und idyllisch. Größere Städte mit Hafen und Meer sind ca 25 bis 30 km entfernt, aber schnell zu erreichen. wir kommen sehr gern wieder
