Are you looking for rest? Then Villa Bella Vista is just the thing for you! In the middle of a wonderful hilly landscape, this family villa is far from stress, noise and hustle and bustle. Once at the house, you will simply enjoy the panoramic view of the lush green area before exploring the beautiful property.

The exterior offers everything you need for a great family vacation. Plenty of space for the children to play, a refreshing pool with massage function and sun loungers, the covered terrace with the well-equipped summer kitchen and barbecue area for the family's star chefs. From the terrace you can directly access the cozy living area of the house. Living room, dining area for up to 8 gusts and fully equipped kitchen form an open space, while as well on this level there is a separate toilet and a cozy double room with private bathroom and exit to the terrace and view of the landscape. On the upper floor, the villa has 3 comfortable double rooms, each with its own bathroom and an additional kitchen. A sofa bed can accommodate two more guests. From here you can also get to a small balcony on the shady back of the house. Villa Bella Vista is really ideal if you just want to get away. Relaxing can be so easy .

This property is located in a very peaceful location, close to the protected nature park of the mountain Ucka. With beautiful nature all around and uninterrupted views of the valley and mountains, you will surely enjoy the peace and privacy of this area. Also ideal for mountain biking and hikes on the many marked trails around the house. Istria has an excellent road system and all the tourist hotspots can be easily reached. Visit towns like Buzet, Pazin, Motovun... the beaches of Opatija, Porec, Rovinj. The east coast Istrian beaches are a short drive away as is the entire Istrian peninsula. The closest larger city is Rijeka, but do not miss the opportunity to visit Opatija and its surrounding beaches that are just about 20 km away from the villa. Car is recommended.
