Wonderful villa with private pool near Sv. Lovrec

Sehr schöne und bestens ausgestattete Villa. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und außergewöhnlich groß. Der Außenessbereich mit Grill ist sehr gemütlich und groß. Wir haben diesen Bereich zu jedem Frühstück und auch zum Abendessen genutzt. selbst bei Regen ist dieser nutzbar. Besonderes Highlight ist der Nebenraum mit Poolbilliard und Eiswürfelmaschine. Auch die Sauna ist hervorzuheben. Das Grundstück ist hervorragend geeignet für Hundebesitzer. Es ist komplett umzäunt und sehr weitläufig. Die gesamte Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, fernab von Verkehrs- oder Partylärm. Die Nachbarin Maria lädt ein zum kauf vpn frischem Gemüse oder selbstgemachten Olivenöl. Aber vorsichtig, bei jedem Besuch ist die Verkostung eines Schnaps oder Likörs Pflicht. Wir wren 6 Personen mit Hund und hatten einen sehr erholsamen und genussvollen Urlaub und würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Villa mit großzügigen Wohnzimmer und Essbereich. Der Pool ist ebenfalls groß. Gut erreichbar von Porec oder Rovijni in ca. 25-30 Minuten.

We highly appreciate our stay in Villa Benka! Entering the door you feel home. It is obvious that there is concept of interior. The pool is great (especially for kids) and garden is beautiful. Villa Benka also provides a good connection, which allow you to reach most of the Istrian places of interest within 30min. To sum it up ... a great place of holiday!

Our stay at Villa Benka was absolutely great!! Due to the Corona situation we only booked 3 days before the arrival but luckily that was no problem at all and the friendly owner Nina was there to greet us and show us around her stunning house. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Spacious house and garden in a tiny village with a handful of other houses around in a beautiful serene landscape. Villa Benka has a really big inviting pool surrounded by olive trees and views over the fields and forest. We and especially our children enjoyed the pool and garden enormously and spent whole days relaxing and swimming (we did not see a bigger pool in any of the other houses that we passed on our ways.) We were two families with 4 kids- perfect with two bedrooms downstairs (one of them really spacious) and two nice bedrooms on the first floor. The house is clean, very nice decorated and very well equipped. We often cooked and enjoyed the big kitchen island when preparing our meals. The kids loved „their“ pool table house and we all enjoyed sitting under the shady veranda for our meals. Because of the great weather we did not use the sauna but it looked nice and inviting. We stayed for two weeks and the sheets were changed and the bathrooms and bedrooms cleaned after one week. There are three mountain bikes which we used to explore the direct surroundings or went to get fresh bread in the next bigger village of Sv. Lovrec. The Check-out was as uncomplicated as the Check-in. One highlight is surely neighbour Marija who provided us with best home made olive oil! Thank you Nina for a great stay at Villa Benka!!
