Idyllic family villa with private pool near Umag

This beautiful villa is located in the picturesque Istrian inland, near the hilltop town of Buje. The location is an excellent starting point for all kinds of excursions but is also a great area for wine and food lovers.

Villa Croc is a lovingly restored old stone house that offers all the comfort and modern amenities that you might need but has preserved the stone and wood elements of an authentic Istrian house. The ground floor consists of the living room with a fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where two bedrooms and one bathroom are set. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. One consists of a double bed and has a TV, while the other bedroom has two separate single beds, which makes it an ideal family accommodation. Outside the villa, there is a large covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue, perfect for preparing and enjoying al fresco meals, while the private pool will take care for some refreshment and joy in warm summer days. The cosy sun loungers are waiting for you to unwind, leaving the hectic everyday life behind you! Note: Youth groups are not permitted.

Villa Croc is located in a small village nestled in the northwestern part of the peninsula Istria, close to the little town of Buje, which you should definitely visit. Buje is only approx. 4 km away from the villa and this town is also being called the city of wine and olive oil. Here you can admire well-preserved medieval age churches, visit an ethnographic museum or just relax and take a walk along the winding streets and try some local wine and olive oil. For lovers of active holidays, there are many bike paths in this region. If you want to relax on the beaches of the Adriatic sea, the beaches around Umag are the closest part of the coast, and is easy to reach. The touristy hot spot Umag also a "must-visit" while staying in this area. Umag offers a lot of sights, restaurants, shops, cafés, bars and events. One of famous event is the world-known Tennis cup ATP Croatia Open, held in July.

We stayed at Villa Croc for 5 days and it was amazing. Everything we needed, it was there. Our host Igor was very nice and helpful.

Sehr schönes Haus. Gut ausgestattet. Einen netten Vermieter. Was will man mehr.
