This cosy family villa is located on the edge of the village Danijeli, in the very heart of Istria. With a total of five bedrooms on two floors, this traditional stone villa can accommodate up to ten people.
The ground floor opens onto the covered terrace inviting you to have a cup of coffee in the cosy lounge area or maybe even grill on the open fireplace and enjoy your meals on the outside. On the ground floor there is a lovely rustic dining area, a charming living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom and two double bedrooms, one of them with an ensuite bathroom. Further three bedrooms are situated on the upper floor, two with double beds and one with two single beds. One bedroom with a double bed features an ensuite bathroom while the other two share one bathroom. Villa Danieli II offers its guests private parking for three cars.
The spacious outdoor area features an inviting swimming pool with parasols and deck chairs. It is a perfect place to soak up the sun and enjoy the unspoiled nature that is surrounding you. The villa is located just outside and within walking distance from the village of Kringa. Kringa is situated in central, Istria 5 kilometres southern of Tinjan on the spot of the Iron Age edifice, later a Roman fortress, the second largest settlement in the Tinjan municipality. The region is renowned for its food and there are many excellent restaurants close by. The interior of Istria with hilltop towns and beautiful landscape is ideal for driving, cycling and walking. The Adriatic coast and busy tourist town of Porec, all the beaches of Istria, all the historical sites and other places worth visiting are just a short drive away. Grocery shop, bar and an excellent tavern are in walking distance. 45 min away is Pula and Brijuni islands national natural park. From Porec you can also make a boat trip to Venice, Italy.

Wir waren im Juli 2018 mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist exakt wie auf den Bildern. Es war sogar noch ein hochwertiger Kicker und 2 Fußballtore vorhanden, so dass nie Langeweile aufkam. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und das Restaurant über der Straße auch sehr zu empfehlen.
Kleinigkeiten wurden sofort vor Ort geregelt, der Eigentümer ist ebenfalls sehr nett. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.
