With a total of 125 square meters of living space, it offers room for up to max. 6 people. The ground floor consists of a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a TV and a bathroom with a shower. Going upstairs you will find two beautifully decorated bedrooms with double beds and one more bathroom with a shower. The outdoor area is the perfect place where you can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the area. Villa Des4U is located in the middle of an idyllic landscape on the western slopes of the beautiful Učka Nature Park. If you enjoy cycling and hiking, magnificent mountains await you. Adventure seekers will find some of the most popular places for free climbing and paragliding in Croatia. If you crave crystal clear sea, the variety of beaches is only about 30 minutes away by car, as is the pearl of the Adriatic - Opatija, with a lively summer bustle and top-notch restaurants. Visit the many medieval towns in central Istria such as Boljun, Motovun and Grožnjan and coastal towns such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Try many traditional dishes such as Istrian pasta Fuži and Pljukanci with truffles or Boškarin, and round off your dinner with a glass of premium Istrian Malvasia.

Wir waren vom 28.5. bis 10..6.2023 Gäste in der Villa Des4u und haben uns sehr sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Die Villa ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an gar nichts. Auch Sandra hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und hat uns mit Leckereien aus Kroatien überrascht. Ihre Restaurant- und Strand-Tipps waren super. Der schöne Pool hat das Ganze perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße Sabine und Uwe mit Hund Lou
